The curriculum is outdated. The current MA code books are different from the narrated lessons. Some codes aren’t even in the same place. I have to printout, annotate and correct myself.

The materials available were very helpful. The videos and presentation of the material was less so. I found that I needed to force myself through the presentations because the presenter was incredibly enigmatic. Foe the most part, reading the materials seemed less helpful than discussing the materials. I can read. I don't need it read to me. I need it explained to me.

I do not like the limited time you have to complete the course. It left no time to go back and review the parts I did not feel comfortable with. Also, no way to contact to see if I could extend the time.

The content was excellent
The content was excellent. I learned and retained a lot. Well explained and easy to understand. If you can make it easier to navigate through the episodes, easier to find your place back when you restart it would be great. I was very frustrated at times because of that. For some reason it was not clear how far I was through each video, and almost impossible to navigate. Improve that and you will have many more happy customers.

It took 3 tries to finally get through…
It took 3 tries to finally get through to take class, you charged me $79 for each try, and I’ve never received my license after completing the course !
