What I learnt today is Eat simple with commonsense, no need of complex diets and all.. Biggest take away is that- water listens to us... And we can use it to fill our lives with positivity. Everyone of us thinks that energy comes first from nutrition but it actually starts with Oxygen. Got to know the importance of emotional healing and it gets carried in our hearts forever unless it's healed/released. Such a lovely and simple teachings .. Thank you and love you Shilpa mam❤️

I am an IT professional and my work shift is such that i did not even think of waking up early and attend Bhramamaurat session. But i cannot believe myself that i am consistantly waking up even with out an alarm. My life has totally changed where i have cultivated discipline and my schedules are so amazing. angel group ,when I plan any new thing always my back off mind thinking is negative but after joining this I am feeling more powerful and positive and not think even single time negative and that's why I am getting more positive results in my life in my career and personal both.
