The quote process was horrible and took…
The quote process was horrible and took a long time. It was essentially me "applying" to become a policyholder and it literally felt that way. I finally earned the "privilege" of paying them money to have a policy and the rates were barely competitive after a week long process of virtually no status updates from the company (yet daily reminders to complete an application already under review). The process was cold, cynical and without any sort of service.
