Terrible company, AVOID at all costs. Lifelabs is a company who do not take pride in communication, professionalism and consistency. We had issues dealing with management of the company from our first encounter. The main account handler is almost always unavailable to reach which makes raising any issues merely impossible at times. We had many issues including disposal of samples by mistake, the staff made wrong samples despite the formula being in-front of them simply because one account manager was absent to overlook production and many ridiculous excuses to why samples cannot be met at an adequate and prompt standard. Whenever we called the company to speak to the main man in charge, he was always unavailable and we were told we would be contacted the same day yet we weren’t, it was a constant battle of chasing. No accountability whatsoever. I highly recommend that new customers should avoid working with this company unless you want to waste a lot of time, effort, energy and money going through the same stress we had to.

Sold my son caffeine supplement he has no idea that it is lethal in extremely low doses. No warning or age checks

If I could give this 0 stars I would! This is the worst manufacturing company we have ever worked with.
Our project has been ongoing for 14 months, and while we initially trusted Lifelabs to handle it, the experience has been extremely disappointing and a significant waste of time. We could have finalised and launched our product much sooner.
The samples we received were consistently inconsistent, often showing bitterness and other quality issues. When we raised these concerns, our expectations were not met and the problems were never properly resolved. In comparison, another manufacturer was able to deliver exactly what we needed in just one round of sampling. It's difficult to understand why LifeLabs required multiple attempts and still failed to achieve the expected result.
Additionally, their customer service was very poor. Communication was slow and they were often unresponsive. Overall, our experience has been extremely frustrating, and based on this experience. While we initially placed an order for one flavour, we had another flavour that was developed by Lifelabs. Unfortunately, this resulted in one of our original flavours being compromised, leading to significant losses in packaging costs. l would not recommend working with this manufacturer.

Showed product as in stock on their website, I ordered, told me it would be delayed, i needed it urgently but decided to wait rather than order again elsewhere as it wouldn’t have saved time, then after a few days told me it would be delayed again.
Eventually almost a week later - out for delivery, delivery company doesn’t deliver it despite me paying for premium delivery it seems they used UPS standard so UPS felt comfortable not adhering to strict delivery schedule.
I’ll end up with it tomorrow and I won’t need it by then. I wish I had checked trust pilot in the first place and ordered it elsewhere.

Based on the other reviews i suspect what happens is they drop - ship and don’t keep their stock on site, or order it in from their supplier only when an order is placed which is why their service is not good.

Absolutely zero communication after taking payment.

Products never arrive the next day, or even days later, despite stating next day delivery delivery.

Overall, this appears to be a fraudulent company unlawfully advertising XYZ delivery times while clearly failing to meet them on the vast majority of recent orders in recent years.

I suggest people search elsewhere like Oxford Vitality or the various other sites that aren't fraudulent.

Paid for next-day delivery, no sign ten days later. No response to multiple emails, and their website customer service has just been showing ‘we’re offline’ the whole time.

Downgraded my previous 5 star review that was based on my being told that the item I'd ordered on 16 November and that had been delivered back to Burnley (no idea why) on 21 November would be dispatched quickly. It's now 5 December. Three phone calls to Life Labs since 21 November and still nothing arrived. I'm awarding 3 stars because of the delay, the hope the item is delivered by this time next week and because the guys I've spoken to have all been good to deal with.

I am profoundly disappointed with the service I received. Despite notifying them three separate times about the short order, they did not take any action to rectify the issue. As a result, I will be requesting a manual chargeback to my bank.

Die Lieferung kam schnell und die Terminbuchung war auch einfach.Aber ich warte seit über 3 Wochen auf meine Testergebnisse.Habe die 21 Tage vergehen lassen, da dies als maximaler Zeitraum angegeben war.Auf meine Email und meine Nachfrage per Kontaktformular habe ich keine Antwort bekommen.Der Test war als Komplett plus Hormon Test extrem teuer für mich und ich brauche die Ergebnisse wirklich dringend.

False advertising, on Google it says Free delivery for a item, but says free on orders over £50 on their website and then added delivery at checkout. If it isn't free then they should not advertise it as such

I placed an order three days ago and paid £140. I also paid nearly £10 extra for next-day delivery because the so-called "free shipping" didn’t work. Today is April 14th, and I just spoke with someone at LifeLab who hung up on me. I asked why they’re scamming people—charging for faster shipping when the order hasn’t even been dispatched yet. There’s not even a tracking number. This is ridiculous.
And to make things worse, the woman on the phone had the nerve to ask me if I was "looking for a revolution"—just because I had the audacity to question why my package hasn’t even been shipped three days after paying nearly £150 in total. Seriously? I’m not looking for a revolution, I’m just asking for basic service and honesty

WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY. I TRIED TO MAKE AN ORDER OVER 3 DAYS -THREE DAYS! - AND EACH TIME A MESSAGE SAID THERE ARE NO QUOTES TO DELIVER! EVEN THOUGH DELIVERY WAS FREE AS MY ORDER WAS OVER £60. I MESSAGED LIFELAB FROM MY REGISTERED EMAIL AND WAS IGNORED. I HAD THIS ISSUE A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO AND AS A RESULT WENT WITH ANOTHER SUPPLIER. BUT I THOUGHT I WOULD TRY LIFELAB AGAIN IN THE HOPE THEY HAVE IMPROVED. BUT OBVIOUSLY NOT. I HAVE ALSO NOTICED PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR INGREDIENTS AND THAT THEY CANNOT BACK UP THEIR CLAIMS, WHICH IS ALSO WORRYING

They can't account for the ingredients in any products. No traceability. DO NOT PUT THESE PRODUCTS IN YOUR BODY.
Lifelabs is not trying to offer a reliable and safe product, they are flipping untested powders from unreliable sources.

Good quality supplements and also a great price. Items arrived faster than I expected.
The package was also the perfect size for the items! Good to see less waste in materials.
Would buy from again when needing a top up.

I waited a week for delivery details, I had to reclaim for it. A parcel hasn't arrived and no card with information was left. Parcel could be left in the safe place, instead it returned to Coventry.

Ordered just to have it cancelled with no explanation so messaged them to ask what was happening just to be met with a rude and abrupt response ... If you dont have product to sell then dont advertise it now I have to wait the refund before I can source another supplier

From what I can see it’s a couple of kids who don’t send out the products on time. Avoid like the plague and use others that keep to delivery times.

You cannot blame DPD for you not handing them our goods.

Also they offer a next day delivery refund which never happened

Product is good but DPD next day delivery is non existent. I paid an extra 6 quid to be told is coming the next working day. If you advertise next day please make sure it’s next day.
