Most likely a scam

Everything about the company points to scam. Ordered childs bed in March with stated delivery by April 14. No updates and past the time frame. I checked their website and the bed was now in stock with immediate shipping even though mine had not been shipped. Reached out to customer support multiple times to receive many AI generated responses. And even when it did seem like an actually person responded, it was all generalized with no updates information on if there's a delay, if the bed will be shipped soon or in weeks or months. You can consistently check the website and see the dates bounce all over the place. Seems like a lot of baiting with lies and promises.

I placed a pre-order 3/5 and was told…

I placed a pre-order 3/5 and was told it was would be dispatched 4/7-4/14, customer service responses have only been AI-generated with no actual updates. I need a response or a refund. Trying to get our son used to a toddler bed before our newborn arrives in June. Very disappointing that this is likely a scam.

DO NOT BUY - SCAM

This is starting to smell like a scam. I placed an order for a bed "in stock" that was supposed to ship in 1-2 business days. 4 days later, nothing had shipped. I tried to send an email to cancel the order after seeing all the terrible reviews from non-influencer customers but no responses anywhere. There is no way to contact a real person at this company. All of their contact emails, chats, forms lead you to an AI chat bot that says someone will get back to you. Spoiler alert: no one will ever respond.

Also, do not be fooled by the company's responses. I see the company's response to another review on here about inventory issues and yet somehow, they seem to have enough beds for every influencer on their aggressive social media marketing campaign. It also doesn't explain why it's been over week and not a single real person can respond to any messages.

I had to file a dispute with my credit card for the nearly $1k they stole.

Customer service was great

Customer service was great. The product we got was not what we were looking for in the end but Lifely had a return policy and store credit. The experience was easy and stress free. I am giving them a 5 star based on that.

Possible Scam, looks like they spun up a new company recently

I ordered on Nov 27th. Original shipping date was Feb 28th for the Cushie Snuggle Sofa Bed. Still have not recieved anything.

Since then the timeline has moved 3 times. The website says they are in stock.

What's concerning is that I now see a new company spun up called "Cushie" selling the same exact couch. I'm worried this is a part of a large scam and I'm never getting this couch.

They seem to have a lot of marketting material out, which means they got the couches and just sent them to influencers to create content to keep this scam running. Going to wait one more week and then processes a charge back and report this company business bureau.

I ordered a bed specifically in stock…

I ordered a bed specifically in stock because there’s a button right next to “Add to Cart” that says - In Stock, ships in 1-2 Business Days. I needed the bed specifically within 2 weeks which is why I decided to order. Four business days in, nobody is answering my questions, nothings shipped, I emailed customer service and nothing meaningful just that they’ll send my question to the right department … whatever that means? When I use their chat tool it identifies my items as PREORDER?!
I just want a refund and the order cancelled but I have no responses from anyone. I just read the other reviews and this seems to be the same case. This is literally why people do not want to order, and why I was hesitant in the first place. Do NOT waste money if you’re looking for delivery based on PROMISED timelines. I’m not saying it’s a scam but it’s a pretty shitty company for advertising something and then wholly not being able to deliver.

Been waiting 4 months and still waiting...

I have been waiting for 4 months and still no little lifely bed. I have contacted customer service 3 times, and waited patiently, only to receive 1 response telling me it's still at least 2 months away. No responses to my most recent follow ups. They went dark. I'd expect much, much more from an Australian company (as an Aussie myself).

I ordered one of the little lifely beds…

I ordered one of the little lifely beds in March. The website said dispatch of the bed for the first week of April. Then everyday I checked it was being pushed more and more and more units available for preorder even though the cut off days were long passes and also extended. I have emailed and left numerous comments on social media just to be ignored along with other people as well. I have submitted a complaint via Shopify. At this point all I want is a refund. $934 just in limbo for something I don’t think I’ll ever get at this point. They seem to make sure that positive comments and influencers are responded to and get their beds swiftly. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed.

I am editing to add that I finally heard back and Michelle with customer service was very helpful and offered a satisfactory update and a fair response to frustration and anxiety surrounding the situation.

Smells like a scam to me.

Smells like a scam to me.. Ordered the bed nearly two weeks ago with the website showing delivery of both the bed and mattress by last Thursday. Over a week later and several broken promises of up dates and all they are doing is stalling. The last I was told was it's coming the end of this month even though yesterday I was told it was at the warehouse. At worst this is a scam and at best they are selling 'available' stock which they clearly don't have possession of. Will be reporting to ACCC, fair trading and scam watch. I strongly advise others who are unhappy to do the same .

My grandson's first bed is perfect

My grandson loves his Little Lifely twin bed and it made his transition from a crib to a "big boy bed" effortless. Such a great product. Honestly, there were a couple issues related to delivery (the mattress did not come with the bed though ordered together and the delivery company did not have the full address so one delivery attempt failed) but Marvin in Customer Services was so responsive and attentive and rectified the situation quickly.

Misleading customers

I intended to buy the Deep Dream Medium Firm Mattress – Queen and found it on this website. It showed "in stock". I needed it urgently so before I paid, I emailed customer service to ensure they have it on stock. I received an email assuring me that, indeed, they have the mattress in stock. So I paid for it and haven't heard from them again. No mattress dispatched.
I sent another email to customer service and asked what the problem was. They sent an email saying that it was a pre-order and they don’t have the mattress; even though I have their email that confirmed that they do.

Love the Little Lifely bed!

We ordered the Little Lifely bed and we love it! There was a slight delay with the mattress but were kept informed and asked if we’d like to get the bed frame and mattress separately for wait for both. We were then overseas when the delivery date came around but the team were super helpful in delaying the delivery and ensuring it was delivered as soon as we got home. It’s so refreshing for a customer services team to take full ownership from start to finish - and the bed itself is great. Super comfortable, cute design and our daughter slept on her own through the night for the first time in a very long time! Hoping it continues - thank you Lifely!

Great Customer Service from Call Centre

I have had a very positive experience with Lifely’s customer service team. I made contact with Lifely’s call centre to discuss other options for delivery, and was called back twice within the day and an option sort that was favourable to me. A big thank you to Craig for his assistance. Very hard to get good customer service like this from other online delivery platforms. I would recommend to everyone.
