We used Life on Ice to transport sperm from London to Birmingham, Bob was fantastic throughout keeping us updated & dealing with the hospitals at either end. Even a last minute potential change of delivery location didn’t faze Bob & he was extremely responsive to my emails. On the day I didn’t worry at all as I knew we were in safe hands. I much prefer & trust to support a small family business with such precious cargo than a larger possibly cheaper company where you don’t get the personal touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Life on Ice again in the future should we need to use transport again. Thank you Bob.

Had an excellent experience with Bob and team. From initial contact through to completion, communication was good and we were well briefed on what would happen when. A very simple process in the end but it was pretty daunting at the start when you've never had to arrange embryo transport before. The price was easily the most competitive for a hand carry service in a dry shipper from Coventry to Aberdeen. Once we signed our consent forms, Bob handled all the arrangements with the two clinics so it was hands off for us. The experience was very personal which is what you get with a smaller company and you can tell they care.

I'm so glad I chose Life on Ice for the transfer. Bob has been very helpful in liasing with both parties and he was always very prompt with his replies. It's not so easy to find someone reliable to deal with a sensitive matter and it turned out to be lucky for me. Anyone that has had to transport their special cargo from clinic to clinic will know the stress involved in finding (and trusting) a specialist courier service. Anyone looking to do so in the future should look no further than Life on Ice. From our first contact I knew we would get an excellent service. Bob's communication was always prompt and professional and even though we had a bit of a nightmare with paperwork at both ends nothing fazed him and he got the job done quickly, courteously and at a reasonable price.
I spent a few days researching other operations and was quoted prices from eye watering to insane. Life on Ice does not draw you in with a headline price and then triple it because your clinic is outside of the M25. (Like a couple of the others do.)

Trying to chose a courier that would transfer frozen sperm from Southampton to Bristol proved to be another very stressful experience of an already tense process, until we found Life on Ice. We found Bob to be a "breath of fresh air" as they understood and were sympathetic to what we were hoping to achieve. Email correspondence was clear and quick and the price was reasonable when compared to other couriers. We found that this part fluctuated quite a bit. We would highly recommend this courteous, prompt and friendly team.

I feel the need to review on such an important matter as we had a stress free experience. Life on Ice was the best courier we could have chosen, highly recommend. Not only were they efficient, on time with delivery and a great price, but we were kept in the loop constantly in terms of communication between the labs and dates for transportation. The fact that they are Scottish based was reassuring as the majority of couriers are London based. If you live in Scotland, these are your people to trust with your precious cargo. Emails were answered within hours if not immediately and Bob, the managing director, was such a great help. We cannot thank them enough for their help in making what can be a worrying time, totally stress free.
