Our item arrived completely damaged by Australia Post.We contacted the supplier with our concerns and they were sympathetic and offered an immediate replacement.They also offered to reinforce the packaging so Australia Post won't be able to destroy the package.

My experience was horrible. Ordered nail and toe nail grinder. It was of very poor quality did not work correctly. It did nothing to the nails. Would never order from them again. This place is a complete scam. Hoping I get my money returned but doubt it. They make you place shipping fees when returning items also.
