Very convenient
It seems to be a new app, they're still working on things but I'm quite happy with my experience. Hit or miss with other professionals but they're quality and affordable compared to other sites. So far my experience was good, I see good intention of those I had sessions with. Very convenient way, I open the app, find who is available then purchase.

Ingenio v 2.0 - only much worse...
1) "Advisors" listed multiple times under multiple headings. Confusing. They're making it look like there are more advisors than there actually are. Typical tactic to make it look like the site is being used heavily. It isn't.
2) Lots and lots of foreign providers. English language is a barrier.
3) Video introductions half of them are broken links.
4) No idea when someone is available, when they were last available, even if they are still on the site at all (Ingenio used to do this. Leave unused listings on the site forever - I'm talking years - thinking it will drive traffic - it doesn't).
5) Zero follow-through with customer support. "We'll get back to you on this." They don't. Period.
6) App is the only way you can setup a call and is USELESS for searching for advisors. Advisors that appear on the web DO NOT often appear on the app. Support unable or unwilling to tell you why.
7) No in-app way to increase time allowed during a call. Annoying, disrupting, and breaks your rhythm of the conversations.
8) HIDDEN FEES that are not disclosed BEFORE you purchase.
9) Difficult to cancel account. Takes days before some "special team" is assigned.
In short, this is a money-grab with limited options. "Advisors" are basically phone sex operators with few exceptions. There are better options.

Liftalk is not a serious mental health app, it's dangerous
Liftalk is an app pretending to be a mental health and counseling alternative. They are not. They are not run by mental health professionals and they have essentially made a platform where the counselors beg for hire. It's ridiculous.
This app is also very dangerous for children because there are predators on the app looking to prey on the counselors and other users.
The company is also highly discriminatory and needs to be investigated for fraud.
