Parcel arrived and the hamstringer was not the quality I expected or that was shown in the eBay pictures. This was flimsy single stitched fabric. Returned the item

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Was missing an item from my order. They replied back to my message the same day and dispatched the missing item with next day delivery. The cables are of good quality and go a long way to fill that void in my gym workout.

Hi Nancy
We sent out text messages to all customers stating that since the announcement of Lockdown part 3 that both ourselves and the couriers distrubtion Networks were under significant preasure to meet the sheer influx of online orders. We sent this text to all customers because we know how important it is for everyone to get their orders and stay active during such tough times!! Your order has been dispatched and it is on its way alls we can do is ask that you bear a little patience as the whole country is under pressure to deliver a magnitude of parcels at the minute!! We did throw in a free pre workout to all late orders but given then 1* review you've left we almost feel hurt!!
Stay safe and stay lifting!!

Customer service is superb
Customer service is superb. Every time I contacted them for immediate response and sorted my issue out immediately, which wasn’t any fault of theirs but shocking couriers. Couldn’t recommend them enough and will certainly be ordering more equipment for my home and commercial gym.

i do want to give 5 stars but since i still haven't received the product ....
(Order it 10nov.2020) , it is not the fault of the seller, but of the post..in the netherlands, we will wait a while, the seller is easily accessible by mail and responds quickly
5 stars if I had received it and was able to rate the product

Although am Still awaiting my item I trust that will be good quality for the price, but the only issues that I’ve faced has been the choice in courier service used to deliver.
I received my tracking which had told me my item has been with the courier over a week now and hasn’t been moved since but after sending over relevant information to the customer service team they were able to rectify the issue. Can’t fault their customer service.

Hi Rhys
We have had lots of the issues with hermes this past week yourself being one of them however as promised we have sent another which will require a signature and is now with the Couriers so hopefully it will be with you very soon!!! We highly appreciate your patentience and understanding as we have both seen hermes have seemingly lost the parcel and have no idea where it is!!
Stay safe and stay lifting!!

We love to meet customer expectations but exceeding them is even better! Thank you for the kind words Chris & we hope you get the most out of your system during these tough times!!
Willing to go the extra mile
Very good, customer friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. When an item I ordered from them went missing in the post they took time out to hand deliver it to my door (they are based in Bolton- Lancashire and I live near Pontefract in Yorkshire). Can't get better than that

When we say that we believe Health is Wealth we really do mean it!! And we know how important it is during these stressfull times that our customers have the ability to workout no matter what.....So if Royal Mail service dont meet our standards then the extra mile we go because nothing is more important at the minute the looking after the mental health of the nation!!

We are happy to be of service!! 🙌🙌🙌
Hamstringer. Perfect item and great Seller
I purchased The Hamstringer via Liftandpress's eBay store. Absolutely brilliant addition to my cable machine. Hits the hamstrings perfectly. Great value...most of these come from the US and are prohibitively expensive to ship (postage and customs/vat). Item came quickly and Hermes delivered it. Recommend without hesitation.

Aimee We cant tell you how much we love this review!!! As it was one of our newer products launched over the last few weeks there is always that little bit of anxiety in regards to how our customers will react to the product!! And Reading this realy made our Week!!!
As its a new product we dont realy have any footage we can use for our social media due to the current restrictions halting much of the creative industries!! We would love it if you sent any videos/photos even product review to us on social we can use and we'd be more than happy to send you some freebies!! IE our latest product the Freaky Strength Farmer Straps!! 🙌🙌🙌
Solid kit at good price!

Jan we realy appreciate that feedback as our goal as a company is to make exercse at home affordable to everyone!!! so to hear to that not only did the product meet your expectations but the price was also a key selling point realy means something to us!! In a time where much of the country is looking to exploit gyms being closed hiking up prices we are trying to truely help people by making not just exercse but real good quality workouts more affordable then ever before because the mental health of the nation is liturelly hanging on by a thread at this point!!
