the shoes are uncomfortable. im a commercial pilot and it feels like im walking on 2 planks of wood, that only flex in the middle. and they just dont look professional at all. i emailed them as soon as i got them to return and have yet to get a reply.

I bought some knee pads 2 years ago and just ordered 3 more for my guys. They work great and the fit is awesome!

This is the second time I have ordered from Lift. Both times they use UPS as a carrier and the amount of Duty and process fees have been more than the order itself. I will not order from Lift again.

Promised delivery in 4-5 days, but go the merchandise in only 2.

Quick delivery. Quality of shoe. Only 4 star because initially there was a delay trying to order the shoes ex. NZ, dealing with 2 different staff.

Helmet was perfect, received in less than a month, I was notified when they received my headset I mailed in, and was also notified when my helmet was being shipped back! A+ customer service and bad a## helmet!

The cut was not as tapered this time..I like the sleeves a little tiger and more taper..suggestions?

Shipping was quick and easy. Communication was efficient. I received an email less than 12 hours after I passed my order to validate my will to pay any duty fee as I'm buying from Canada. I received the order less than a week later with just a few local taxes to pay. The packaging was well protected with much foam and a logo free box to make the shipment less likely to be stolen or damaged. Service was excellent and the shoes so far are beautiful and really comfortable. Size fits perfectly. Can't wait to go fly and try out the sliding heel technology.
