Received my order quickly. I believe it shipped the day after I ordered it. The shoes are perfect. I read the advice that the shoes fit snugly, so expected that. They felt maybe a little too snug when I first tried them on, so on the first day I wore them with a thick sock, and that helped stretch them a bit. The second day they felt perfect with a regular pair of socks.

Product delivered timely and as ordered.

I've had the shoes for a few months now and laces were initially tight; eyelets maybe too small?. Shoes were snug too but after wearing them laces and shoes shoes have loosen up and fit find. So far, so good.

Comfortable

Very easy and efficient buying process. Even though there were many sizes unavailable, I was able to find one that fits great. Haven't had the chance to test it out in the aircraft yet, but really looking forward to it!

The Merlin shoe is too narrow for my feet. I bought them because they were the only fire retardant shoes that you offered as far as I know. I wore them a couple times so I figured I cannot return them. So I bought a shoe stretcher, which helps, but the base of the shoe is still too narrow for my foot. Please let me know when you offer the Merlin in wide.

Initially I read on the reviews that the leather cap didn’t work with the Bose A 20 headset but I tried it and it was a great fit. Very comfortable and well made, I’m very happy with the purchase.
