In my effort to place an order for a helmet, I have been quoted 3 different prices for the same setup. From $1,100 to $2400 to $2800 plus tax.

I was excited to purchase this helmet based on the safety ratings. It's difficult to continue a purchase when the price isn't clear from the start.

I appreciate the fact that Lift offers a military discount however there is some work that needs to be done to the website. Adding a statement that clearly defines what the discount applies to and fixing the glitch that caused the pricing error when the discount was applied is my suggestion.

In addition, when I spoke with the sales rep and worked up the same order over the phone, the rep applied the discount to the entire order which brought the total to $2405. Once I received the order confirmation sheet it reflected a price of $2795.99. It was then explained to me that the discount only applies to the helmet and not the coms.

Hopefully Lift can correct these items.

International shipping policy is flawed .... value for customs was over double purchase price . This is incorrect as selling price ALWAYS is acceptable as true value and taxes NOT shipping cost is all that is applicable. Pointed this out got a contrived, feeble excuse . Very sad . Product is just fine

Ordered one of there kneeboards. Small compact and probably the best I have ever had. Highly recommend them.

The quality of the shirt fabric was fantastic and I very much enjoyed it. However, the shirt sizing on the chart was off. I am a 16.5 neck and ordered an XL and when they showed up, they fit more like an 18 neck.

Expensive white shoes I ordered as a gift had tons of blue pen marks all the way around upper about 1/4 above sole. Very embarrassing. Gift ruined. Recipient who had asked for these shoes a month ago was almost immediately searching how to return them when he thought I wasn’t looking.
