Ordered a step ladder payment was took and later received an email telling me my order wasn't in stock. Now I have to wait until I receive my refund to order somewhere else

Decent site you found what I needed but big surprised to be charged £21 for postage and couldn’t find anyway of changing at checkout stage. Just seems £21 bit excessive for postage !
