Rapid delivery and compliance friendly service
LES provided products again in a timely manner and were incredibly prompt supplying conformity assessment evidence without even needing to be asked which makes my life in Risk and Compliance management so much easier. I'd recommend LES as first port of call if you are looking for safe lifting equipment at sensible price points.

Louise promptly called to confirm I was aware (I wasn't) and offered a refund or to proceed. I chose to continue, and she managed to source the item from another depot. All items were delivered within five days."

I am sorry to see your 1* review, but thank you for taking the time to speak with me on the phone just now.
As discussed, our terms and conditions on our website state; "Products being returned or cancelled are subject to a minimum of 15% handling fee of the original price of goods (excluding shipping) and a maximum of 50% Unless made to order (see above conditions relating to made-to-order goods)."
These handling charges are implemented by the manufacturers and unfortunately out of our hands. When orders are placed with us, the manufacturers generate paperwork to process orders, pick and pack, arrange transport with couriers, and generate certs for all orders, so there is a lot of admin work involved for every order.
We pride ourselves on top customer service which I can hope you appreciate when Louise did everything in her power to divert another order that you had placed with us, to your local post office as you were not available for delivery at the original address.
I hope from the above that you can appreciate the handling charges are incurred from the manufactures.
