Initial service was excellent but nothing since
Initial service was excellent
sales people great,
but unbelivably long wait for delivery of our new forklift has completely dissrupted our operation.
We were forced to go elsewhere and find a rental that can reach 24' because Liftow could not rent us one.
I ordered in December to get an early delivery 8 to 12 weeks.
We are not confirmed for April yet.
Brutal taste in new customers mouth.
I wanted to hook up the charger in advance while I had a building full of electricians, now I have to bring them back on a special charge.
We are in a similar business as Liftow, we deal with the same logisitics issues there is no excuse.

The forks Included were lower class and thinner than expected by size and not mentioned in the quote
The fittings for the extra axcesoriy were not tight and leaked oil
The motor surged and they had to come and reset the governor
Overall it was an ok experience but not where I would refer them over any one else.
