Website is easy to navigate quick response when you do a parts search for a part number to make sure it fits takes around two minutes and I had a response plus they carry parts for older lifts that’s hard to find else where

Uncertain of what the shipping cost will be since they don't tell you prior to ordering.
I had a great experience with the online chat as long as the part numbers that were provided are correct. I called the number to question shipping when placing an order and I suppose I asked to many questions the guy ended up hanging up on me. How rude. I really don't like that I don't know what the shipping cost is prior to ordering the parts. There is something wrong with this method. I could end up with a $300.00 shipping bill and that is not fair when I'm not told prior to ordering.

For international orders and orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, shipping is quoted separately because the cost needs to be confirmed with the carrier based on the order and destination. Once the shipping cost is confirmed, we provide it to the customer before proceeding, and if the cost does not work for them, the order can be canceled and the payment refunded. We appreciate you sharing your concerns and will also look into your experience with our phone support.

I was sent the wrong parts and it is a complete HASSLE trying to return them. they can simply look the parts up on there own website and see the difference, but no I have to send pictures and the make and model. I ordered the switch from them in the past and know what I need. I can't believe this is such a show

The seals were old
The seals were old and broke when trying to install them. We had to buy new ones at the local Hydr shop.
We got a refund but wanted a replacement kit.

I have never used a site as easy as this one & the staff responds usually within minutes. I've never received a wrong parts or been told a part is on back order & there is no release date. Every transaction is fast, easy, & CORRECT. I actually enjoy using this site!!

Our standard shipping timeframe is 1–4 business days, so the order was delivered within the expected timeframe.
