I ordered a replacement filter package, and the delivery was extremely slow. I contacted customer service twice, and both times I received no response.

Jag har köpt min andra CellFlow Mini 100. En utomordentlig luftrenare. Inte en massa onödiga finesser, den gör bara sitt jobb och drar ytterst lite ström. Filter som räcker länge. Jag är mycket nöjd med mina köp. Rekommenderas av mig.

Ich habe einen Luftreiniger von Lightair. Nachdem ich das Gerät eine längere Zeit nicht benutzt habe, funktioniert es nicht mehr. Die LED's leuchten, aber es ist keine statische Aufladung vorhanden. Ich habe mich mehrfach per Mail an den Support gewandt, aber leider keine Antwort erhalten. Da die Garantie abgelaufen ist und mir keine Servicewerkstatt genannt wurde, habe ich jetzt nur noch sehr teuren Elektroschrott.

Poor communication, poor customer support, poor site navigation.

I definately recommend this for cleaner air

Bought one, very impressed, quiet silent operation while cleaning the air. I bought a second one for my friend but it made a faint 'ticking ' noise. I rang in about it and they just sent a replacement straight away. Excellent service and a very good product. I would recommend it to anyone.

I was disappointed with the new feature to reduce the amount of neg. ions when the air is clean. I purchased the device for the high output of neg. ions ! Only when I received the device I detected this. What a stupid feature, it means that your marketing people are not aware of the healing power of your own products.

Really bad experience. They never refund me. I have pay for nothing. And they didn’t respect the refund.

Ich hatte das große Pech,meinen Ionisator per Vorkasse in der Ferienzeit der Firma zu bestellen! Meine E Mails wurden eine lange Zeit garnicht beantwortet! Somit war eine lange Zeit nicht klar, wie mein Bestellstatus ist und wo mein Geld geblieben ist. Das ist sehr schade, denn das Produkt hat eigentlich 5 Sterne verdient!

Seriedad y eficiencia todo perfecto sin ningun problema

I have used LightAir since it was first available. Just needed to replace the power switch. Now back on and as good as ever. We live in the countryside in northern Sweden. My wife suffers from birch pollen and I am acutely allergic to mold spores which abounds almost everywhere. We use LightAir in the bedroom and our studios. Never had experienced any product that comes close.

Met my expectations

I am giving the 5 star rating that I am, simply due to the exceptional customer service I have received. My unit arrived to the USA without the appropriate plug (perhaps my neglect in checking out). I contacted customer service for advice, they responded very quickly with a solution that over delivered on my expectations. Their solution and follow-up was nothing short of impressive.
