If you placed an order from us and have questions, you can email or call us. If you have not placed an order, you can tell us if you have any questions and we will do our best to serve you.
We have warehouses in the UK, USA, China and Germany, so that customers from different countries can receive their orders as soon as possible.
And our lights have CE, RoHS, UL, SA and CSA certifications, so we can ensure that our lights are suitable for use in different countries.

For your order, firstly, the courier driver damaged your package, so we have to re send a new one to you, and due to the recent strikes and Christmas holiday, the courier takes a little longer time to deliver your order.

We have sent 5 emails to you, but all of them indicate that they were not delivered successfully. Would you please check the email address you sent to us is correct? You can leave a message to tell us your correct email address, then we can send the tracking number to you.

And your order has been shipped, it will be delivered within 1-3 business days.
