Excellent Service from LiGo

LiGo despatched the item within 2 hours of my placing the order, excellent. Email from Royal Mail stated item would be delivered by 5pm Wednesday, actually arrived Friday morning, rubbish!! Overall excellent service from LiGo and excellent product but terrible from Royal Mail.

Great customer care saved my holiday

Ordered my new tent but nothing arrived, so I chased it up only to find some kind of a 'stop' had been put on my order. The Customer Services person unblocked it and dispatched my tent on a 24-hour delivery.

Delivery fantastic - within 24 hrs.
Wanted 6 x BT4600 handsets - confused by website. Ordered 5 set with free postage, then unable to see 'continue shopping' 6th. handset had to be a separate order, which had added postage. All delivered together - so why postage charge on what should have been a £200+ order?

Received an immediate response, explanation and postage refund from LiGo - cannot fault this company and the way they deal with customers.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.

We’re delighted to hear that your order arrived within 24 hours, but regret you experienced some issues including the sixth handset you required.

After looking into your order, we can see that the additional handset was placed as a separate order a couple of minutes after the original purchase. As it was processed as a separate order, our website automatically applied the standard delivery charge.

Our customer service team has since been in touch and has refunded the £3.99 delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill.

Sent the completely wrong item

Sent the completely wrong item. I get people make mistakes, but how can someone pick the wrong item from an order with one item on it. I was relying on the item for a camping trip. Sorry guys, Very poor service.
