AVOID Liki24 AT ALL COSTS
Extremely disappointing and completely unreliable.
My experience with Liki24 has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered Kendamil baby formula from them for the third time. The first two orders were complete failures: even though I paid for the products and waited around a week for delivery, after approximately a week and a half I was finally informed that the formula was actually out of stock. Despite this, I decided to give them a third chance.
Unfortunately, nothing has changed.
It has now been three days and I still have no clear information whatsoever about whether they actually have the quantity of formula I ordered in stock. When I placed the order, I was given an estimated delivery time of 5–7 days. I subsequently received an email informing me that the delivery period could now be extended to up to 14 days.
But it gets even worse.
I was also asked to make an additional payment of 36 RON, supposedly because they do not know the exact price of the product and the price displayed on their website is merely “indicative.” Seriously? How is a customer supposed to place an order and make a payment when the company itself apparently has no idea about the actual price or availability of the products it lists?
At this point, it feels like Liki24 has absolutely no control over its own platform, inventory, prices, or delivery promises. Customers are essentially expected to pay first and find out later whether the company can actually fulfil the order.
This is particularly unacceptable when it comes to baby formula, a product that parents purchase because they actually need it, not because they are willing to gamble with whether a retailer might have it in stock.
After three failed experiences, I have completely lost my trust in this company. I strongly advise others not to rely on Liki24 and to think very carefully before placing an order, especially for essential products.
I am also seriously considering filing a complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities regarding these practices.
Liki24 should stop advertising products and delivery times as if they are guaranteed when, based on my experience, they apparently cannot even confirm whether the products are actually available. This is not a serious way to run an online marketplace. Customers deserve transparency, accurate information, and basic respect, not excuses, delays, surprise charges, and uncertainty after their money has already been taken.
One star is already more than this experience deserves.

Din Cehia au venit produsele sigilate in termen totul rapid in 3 zile, plus 3 cutii alte suplimente tot de fier gratuite, eu sincer sunt mulțumit..Recomand.

Steal money from clients
Guys, please be careful with this website! I feel like it’s a scam and just a way to make money from customers. I ordered a product once, but the following month they sent me the same product again and charged my bank account. They claimed that I had selected an automatic subscription to receive the product every month, but I never knowingly chose or agreed to anything like that.
What makes it even more frustrating is that apparently I can’t return the package. Why not? It’s also very difficult to contact them, and I can’t figure out how to cancel this supposed subscription. I don’t even remember creating an account on their website.
Please be very careful before ordering and check all the terms, because this has been a very frustrating experience for me.

Am comandat picături de ochi care apăreau la un preț foarte bun pe site, a doua zi am primit un mesaj că nu sunt disponibile. Le-am comandat tocmai pentru că aveau un preț mult mai mic decât în farmacii, deși costul de transport este destul de mare. Induc oamenii in eroare cu produse capcana pentru a te face sa cumperi. Nu am primit mail de confirmare a comenzii. Nu voi mai comanda și nu recomand acest site

I have ordered on this site several times, but the last order is the last one I have made with them. The delivery time set upon order confirmation was extended indefinitely without me being notified. Customer service is slow, once contacted they first make changes in the system on the order status and then respond. I cancelled the order, I hope the money will be refunded. Disappointing.

Dropship sc**. They let you order, let you pay (only payment upfront, no rambours), send the confirmation that the product is avaliable. And then, suddenly, the product is not available. They charge double the amount for shipping as what is said in the shop. And, at the end of the order process, another huge shipment fee is added for "picking up the order" at the sellers. So.. empty promises and hidden fees. I'd say hands off.

Dorim să clarificăm faptul că această funcție este absolut opțională. Am introdus-o doar ca o posibilitate pentru clienții care doresc să își exprime mulțumirea față de serviciile noastre, însă nu este niciodată obligatorie.
Sistemul este conceput astfel încât utilizatorul să aibă control deplin: puteți pur și simplu să nu selectați nicio sumă (lăsând opțiunea 0 RON) și să continuați plata normal. Nu există nicio obligație de a contribui suplimentar pentru a finaliza comanda.
