Ordered from a company called emilia rose then this shit company lilly nae all false advertising took over a month to sort a return then they wouldn regund said over 30 days products are shocking so not waste your money i lost £200 never ever again stick to high street shops next new look m and s always safe

Ordered Haven Women's Orthopedic Sandals, took nearly a month to arrive.. then the rong size delivered.
Very very bad quality and will cost me to return them so they have made a sale at my expense.

Should be minus one stars! I ordered a ‘beautiful chiffon v neck dress’ it was anything but! FALSE ADVERTISING!!! the dress was so much polyester I couldn’t walk past balloons without sticking to me! Do not buy this dress! Company would try anything but giving me a refund.

Absolutely dreadful product. Advertised a beautiful Chiffon floaty dress with V neck. The dress that arrived is 100% polyester with a wrap effect neckline. Very shoddy quality. Advertised as £99 original price reduced to £39. I wouldn't pay 99 pence for the dress.
Blatant breach of advertising guidelines and poor service altogether. Do not use this scam company

Twice refused when requesting for return information and label as the item didn't fit, to be told that they would only give me a 20% credit and could keep the item. Pushed back, to then be offered a 30% credit.

The dress I ordered is POOR quality and not worth £50 on top of not fitting.

Don't order from here, it's a waste of tine and money and poor customer service.

Waited 2 weeks for a pair of sandals. Wrong size was sent. I asked for a refund and they offered me 30% cahback of original cost. when I asked for a full refund they said I would have to pay £25 as it needs to be shipped to india despite advertising as lily and mae London. Terrible company and a complete rip off. Do not order from these people

Dreadful delay on delivery from Evie advert says free royal mail? Awful fit despite ordering an XL they could have used the extra length around the bustline shoddy quality. Currently waiting for a reply from customer services shall not hold my breath having read reviews. Im definitely not paying £25. To return. Absolute scam company DO NOT USE

Total scam company, cardigan & dress, hilarious, DO NOT waste your money on buying this rubbish, too bad to even put in the charity shop. Wish I’d have read the reviews, lesson learned,

Awful - if I had read these reviews before ordering I would not have gone ahead. Dreadful company and products - non existent customer service and refusals to refund offering only 10% - I have reported to UK Citizens Advice who pass on to Trading Standards. Avoid this company at all costs - they need prosecuting.

Complete scam, shoddy goods, not as advertised. Requested a refun̈d but not offered, suggested partial (insulting) amount. Looks good but do not be fooled.

I ordered some sandals they’re made of the cheapest plastic and not worth the money!!
When I asked to return I was told the cost of shipping back to China would be £25 and my responsibility!!

I haven't recieved my hoover and nobody has contacted me sent several emails no reply

4 months after paying to return a poor quality coat the parcel is returned to me by the Chinese postal service saying parcel refused. I had to fight for months for a refund and they didn’t even take the parcel back. Do not buy from this company. It is not as advertised.

The scarlett blouse made the outfit feel done. Very little effort needed.

Ordered some really lovely looking shoes with a buckle. When they arrived, the buckle isn’t attached to the shoe. The return is to an address in China, all at my own expense.
Do not buy from here, it is a waste of your money.

Their products are made and sent from china, the product was not as described and was way too small, I got lots of apologies but what good is that!,
Emails offering 10% refund off £60 then 30%. I decided to return to CHINA costing me £30 only for the item to be stuck at Chinese customs since beginning of November, it’s still there now. I looked into it further and found out customs are waiting for payment from the company, so I sent screenshots to lilla and mea and FINALLY got a full refund.
All this since beginning of October

Terrible quality. Not as advertised at all. Not a London based company founded by sisters. Wish I’d read the reviews first. Didn’t bother asking for a refund after I did due to the experience of others. I’ve put this one down to a lesson learned.

I believe that this is a scam site. I bought a jacket from them. The quality was appalling. When trying to return they would only accept if I sent it back to china which would cost more than the item was worth.
I found the item on Amazon for half the price!
Absolutely terrible company. Don’t buy from them. I really hope that they get shut down as it seems criminal to me.
