Company is a scam. Paid for goods that have not been received and ignoring all email sent.

This company is a scam!!!
Ordered and paid for a dress nothing has arrived!
Looked like a genuine website on Instagram even sent you to a lovely site for other items(clothing) for sale!
Banking in the Netherlands !! Sent several emails asking where my dress was they replied saying would notify me when in transit!! Since then the advert has disappeared from instagram but!!! Similar dresses and clothing are now appearing under a different company name!!!

I bought 2 of their styles for Christmas presents. They sent to many emails after. Told me I was in a VIP CLUB. I just kept unsubscribing. They were not taking NO FOR AN ANSWER. So today I see in my bank account that they took £3.95 out of my account to be in the VIP CLUB. I never asked for this plus they held onto my account details when they shouldn't.

Should have checked here before ordering. Not a london based company at all. Waited a month for item to arrive, which of course is of poor quality and doesn't resemble picture at all, and now I've to ship back to China at my own cost! Avoid avoid AVOID

They're nice. Very honest and approachable. My friend found her reception outfit and was overjoyed. We asked for a discount and are content they gave us the best price possible. Thank you 🙏

Should have read reviews before ordering a blouse, complete con nothing about the item I received resembled the description or certainly picture

This company is not who they say they are. The dress I ordered (via an Instagram ad) came from China not London. It took a month and wasn’t as described. There is no returns information and u am now trying to fight them on getting a refund. Avoid

Scam company DO NOt order!!! Really bad clothes and you will be asked to return to Asia at your own cost! Which Facebook could filter out these ridiculous companies

The quality compared to the pictures and videos is shocking ! The time they took to arrive was ridic ! Deffo not from London as I had a message to say my items had been checked at customs !!
