I recently purchased a beautiful necklace from Lily and Roo but it broke after a couple months. While this was probably due to me not treating it correctly, the company was very happy to send me a replacement! I am so impressed with their customer service and care for individual customers.

A problem was resolved immediately

What a beautiful earrings. And a fantastic customer service. I bought it for my wife. However she didn’t like the hook. The team exchanged the hook with a better one with in 2 days . Swift response and very good product. Highly recommend

I have purchased several pieces from Lily and Roo, all of which I absolutely love. The quality is wonderful, and each piece is so unique and fun to style. Their customer service is beyond wonderful! I had a chain snap and ended up losing my St. Christopher's charm which was incredibly sentimental. Breanna contacted me back right away, and they fully replaced my charm and necklace. I am so beyond grateful for what she made happen, and although I already was, I am now 100% a lifetime customer!!!

The customer service from Olivia was top notch and instills a lot of confidence in the company! Also The quality of the earrings is beyond what I could have imagined. The weight and the way they hang is absolutely lovely, the pearls have green and pink undertones in their sheen, and the gold is super sturdy and shiny. These will be an heirloom piece, perfectly tasteful for occasions outside of my wedding. I will be back here next time I buy jewelry.

I ordered a chain for my girlfriend; the product is exactly as advertised, and she loved it.

Unfortunately, the chain broke, and life got in the way, meaning I waited almost a year before reporting it to L&R. Within one day of contacting their customer service team, they had sent me a prepaid returns label and arranged for a replacement to be sent to me.

Breanna was extremely responsive, kind and made the whole process painless. Will definitely purchase from L&R again!

My daughter ordered 2 pairs of earrings. When her order arrived, the box was empty. She was devastated. We contacted Olivia at Lily & Roo. Their customer service was amazing. They replaced the earrings straight away and couldn’t have been more helpful. We will definitely be ordering from them again!

Absolutely beautiful necklace.
I ordered an initial necklace for my daughter‘s birthday. She absolutely loves it and the gift wrap was gorgeous.
Only downside I ordered on the 5th of January I received an email on the 6th of January to stay out of stock arrive two days after Daughter’s birthday.

Ordered a bracelet as a present, when we realised it was the wrong size I contacted the email for exchanges and the team were both quick to respond and incredibly helpful, giving clear and detailed instructions.
Once the bracelet was returned I received a proactive email explaining the replacement was on its way. It's great to deal with such a responsive business.

I’ve recently had an issue with a necklace I received for my birthday so had to contact the faults team, from start to finish the professional approach and quick resolution has been amazing.. I was kept constantly up to date, and I have my beautiful necklace back and repaired all within 2 weeks..and a no cost to me.. amazing service..
