My mum ordered my wedding jewellery from here - it is beautiful jewellery! We did have an issue with the bracelet clasp but after sending an email they repaired and replaced and kept me, my sister and Mum all updated via email every step off the way! Highly recommend!

I ordered a beautiful Small Gold Necklace and matching earrings for my Granddaughter and even though there was a delay in delivering the earrings I was kept informed and eventually when my order arrived they were beautifully packaged.
I would highly recommend buying from this company there products are beautiful.

Updated: Initially we received only one cross, when we ordered two. We contacted customer service, and left the review. Finally the manager consulted us and they have sent us the second cross.
Unfortunately, one of our sons didn’t have the cross for the christening ceremony, but the tiny cross is so beautiful, that we still are very thankful to LilyandRoo for resolving the problem and sending the missed one.

I recently purchased quite an expensive chain and unfortunately after a couple of months it broke. However, the team online and over emails were fantastic and within days of me logging this issue, they had dispatched me with an exact replacement.

I hate to leave a bad review as I generally love the brand, however I ordered a chain and it was too long. I tried to do a return via my order but got a message saying “unable to return”, i emailed the info@ address and never heard back, even though I chased. I’m almost outside of the return window but still waiting for customer service team to contact me. Very disappointed.

Disappointed when I bought a solid white gold initial necklace and it not only constantly got tangled because it was so fine but the adjustment also broke. I contacted customer service they only untangled and polished it and sent it back they didn’t fix the adjustment or offer a new one. *update* They have however since been in contact and offered a return and replacement. Really appreciate it and good service second time round so updating thank you!

Beautiful jewellery and AMAZING customer service!

My boyfriend got me a necklace from Lily & Roo in January 2024. I wore it everyday and in March 2025, the chain caught and broke. I contact the company to see if they offered a repair service (fully expecting to pay). They said they can offer a replacement chain, completely free of charge, all I had to do was return my chain (they paid for the postage of this too!).

The customer service was brilliant throughout this whole process.

I ordered a freshwater Pearl bracelet which broke within a few days. I emailed them and they offered to fix it. I said I would prefer a refund and this was issued straight away. Happy with their customer service.

I purchased a beautiful pair of earrings that were sent ASAP for my daughters wedding. We did have a small issue with one item that was rectified very quickly and effortlessly.

I recently ordered my wedding jewellery from Lily and Roo and ordered the wrong size chain. I contacted customer service and they advised me to send the jewellery back and let them know what size of chain I wanted. I received the correct size necklace back within a few days of me sending the incorrect one back!

We need MORE stars for this company! After much searching I found the perfect initial necklace for my daughter. I was a couple of days before I realized I bought the demonstration letter and not the letter for my daughter's name! NO PROBLEM! They fixed my order with no delay in shipping and no change in price. It fast became my daughter's favorite pice of jewelry. Two months later the necklace chain snapped. I contacted customer service again about replacing it. They asked for photos and a description of the break which we provided. Within a week we had a prepaid envelope to return the necklace to the company and a replacement necklace is out for delivery this morning. Pleasant, super responsive, and always helpful even when it's my error is the kind of customer service that creates loyalty. Thank you to all the LilyandRoo folks that made this wonderful experience happen.
