I do not recommend for two reasons: It took 6 weeks to get my bras and the bras are not that great. There isn't enough support even though the design looks as though it would. The only feature I do like about these bras is the back smoothing and front zipper instead of hooks that kept coming undone on my last bras, thus the 2 stars. I received 4 emails telling me they were on their way and had a shipping label created.

Well I didn't see trust pilot before I ordered from Lily lift they made it very clear that you can return no problems whatsoever of course I got one much smaller than what I ordered now I can't even find them online, so I'm stuck with a bra that's too small I really did like this bra that you can pull your cup size up and hook it oh well live and learn. I just always seem to learn the hard way.

I was pleased with the product I think the construction was ok but the zipper closure was difficult to use not a good design feature. It also did not support me as advertised. I did have great customer service, with a timely resolution to my issues. Mixed feelings about this product

What went wrong is that I didn’t read Trustpilot first before buying. I’ve been buying different bras for many years and for the most part have stuck with underwire despite the surge of ads trying to persuade women not to. I succumbed to this company’s ad because it showed what looked like good quality bras without wire. Plus I’ve usually paid from $45-60 for a bra. Well now I know why. You get what you pay for. Since I’m not going to engage in pointless emails to Hong Kong I found there was a good use for them. They work for a bra to sleep in. However I wouldn’t buy them for that use. If you’re stuck with a purchase you can’t return, try that use. AND CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING ONLINE.

This is NOT what is advertised. Being larger it appears as if these bras will fit, but they do not. The upper portion that allows you to pull the front of the bra up and hook into a piece of fabric, will NOT support and hold the "hook". Horrible exchange/refund options. Should have known better but the advertising sucked me in.

ordered 3 bras . money was withdrawn from bank and no word since . wont return email. leaving a one star rating because no star isnt an option

These bras looked so nice that I had to try them - DON"T. They are cheaply made with the cup padding as an insert, not part of the bra. The front opening is so large and thick, it is uncomfortable to wear as it rubs. Support is lacking as it is very thin. I was very disappointed and asking for my money back.... hopefully.

Do not waste your money. They are crap. And trying to get ahold if someone so i could return them. Ha no response.
Only order from reputable companies. I learned my lesson. Had to try, now i know.

DO NOT try to get a refund… every time I inquired about my refund they always said “your refund will be issued soon” … after 10 emails asking about the status it’s now been over a year and I still don’t have my money back! They have no intention on refunding me.

I would give ZERO if I could. I ordered online - 2 weeks ago and nothing shows as shipped yet! Scam? I'll share all info with police department and attorney general's office.

2months after order AND payment, a London address is deemed “undeliverable” and so order cancelled!!! Have yet to get refund!!!

I ordered two bras for 55.80 and never have received them. what the hell.I payed cash for them now I have to fight the bank for this charge. Unbelievable. Do not buy from them it is a Scam. they are in China or Hong Kong.

I wouldn’t even give these a 1star. I too was duped into thinking these were a great bra and the price seemed reasonable. But they are cheaply made and unwearable. The materials are sub-par and offer no support. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee but would only offer me a 50% refund. (Which I highly doubt I’ll ever see)

I ordered two bras from this company. It took 45 days to ship to me. Because of the delay they offered me a small refund, which I have never received. Email below. I have been trying to get my refund for 4 months. Also, after the first wash the bras fall apart. You will only get one wear from them.
Don't waste your money buying from this company.

This bra offers no support, no strap adjustment and cup size way to small, material is so flimsy the idea of full cover is a joke, nothing resembles photos at all.

Lilybras is very deceptive! The quality is definitely not up to what they advertise. The most frustrating part of my experience is not being able to contact them, get a response from them. The bras I ordered are way smaller in size and ill fitting. I would like to return them, but I can't get in touch with customer services. I wrote an email, no response... I wrote on the chat, no response...I tried calling, the phone number from the website is a disconnected number.
In conclusion...if it looks too good to be true, it is too good to be true. Don't buy from them.

I ordered merchandise and never received it. When I tried to contact their phone number, a recording came on stating that it had been disconnected. I went on their website for the pop-up dialog. It never answered me.
I am disputing this purchase with my bank.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased 3 frontclosure bras. I am unable to use them as they did not support my breasts. I contacted the company and they will not take them back, nor will they refund my money. They offered a 20% discount on any other item! HA HA -- Why would I purchase from them again? BUYER BEWARE
