I ordered a gold necklace with engraving on it. I bought it for my Mam this year and got it engraved with my Dad’s handwriting who passed away many years ago. I got the Rose Gold Mini-Bar necklace with an engraving with my handwriting of the receiver's name and it turned out beautifully. Dispatched 3 days after ordering and received 3 days later. Turned out absolutely beautiful. The engraving is well done and subtle enough not to be in your face when wearing. Love it!

Quality is ok but the engraving is so poor. Cramped and hard to read. Was hoping to gift to groomsmen for our wedding but not too happy with them.

Strongly suggest you change your courier. GLS were absolutely awful, waiting 2 weeks for an order that should have arrived in 48 hours (according to your website). LilyWho customer service could only advise that I contacted the courier myself. Constant back and forth and promises from the courier that the parcel would be delivered, still havent received it and now I am having to drive an hour to the couriers depot to collect the items off them myself.
I'm sure the products themselves will be fine but I definitely wont be ordering again after the hassle over the delivery.
