Product took a long time to be delivered, almost 3 weeks from ordering and had to email several times before anyone responded to me. Product finally arrived and was very underwhelmed with packaging etc. Which is a shame as the item ordered which was a fabric toy box was nice though.. just could do with better communication and packaging.

Packaging was poor, just folded into a plastic post bag, which could have easily have been damaged and contents ruined. Thankfully item was received in good order.

Ordered two further purchases from LTL, from order to delivery outstanding communication. As for the Reindeer Advent Calendar I can only say the quality and materials way exceeded my expectations. This calendar will definitely appear every year and will become a wonderful tradition for our family.

Highly recommend, you genuinely will not be disappointed especially as you can personalise.

Ordered an item, the order went through fine & the money went out no problem. A day or so later I got an email to say the item is no longer in stock in the size I ordered and a refund will be given. I was a little disappointed I was not going to receive the item. Then I check the refund and it is not for the full amount, on the invoice the difference is down as tax. Why do I pay tax when my order was cancelled due to no reason of mine? I wasn't even offer a different colour in the item. Very annoyed and disappointed. A member has now contacted me and said they will refund the difference, she couldn't understand why this had happened so I have ammended my rating too 3 stars.

I ordered a baby gift but I entered the incorrect postcode. Natalie from Lime Tree emailed me as the post office couldn’t deliver and couldn’t redirect to the correct address.
Natalie went that extra mile and made sure the gift was sent to the correct address.
