If you think about what you need from a physio, then it is to be pain free from where I am today after working with Ryan at New Milton.
Straight away I felt listened to and relaxed, and my knee was looked at with care and consideration. After the first session my knee was far easier to walk on after gentle manipulation.
I was also given exercises to do at home, with a super app that has videos as I’d forgotten how to do them properly once I got home!! After each week they are updated and I was shown new exercises to keep my knees getting stronger.
I would highly recommend, easy parking outside and to find, thank you Ryan and limitless for getting me back to doing the things I love.

I attended Limitless Physio for an appointment with Ellie to address some shoulder issues. There is good parking available and the premises are easily located. I was kindly welcomed in with a coffee also! Ellie was fantastic, combining a very professional approach with an incredibly personable manner to deliver a great service. During the hour long appointment Ellie gave me the opportunity to discuss the issues I had been having and she was very thorough with her questions to help make it a very individualised assessment. Ellie thoughtfully communicated any findings during examination and suggested a variety of solutions to aid recovery including exercises and further physio. I felt very listened to and validated and had such a positive experience. The online form system also works very efficiently!

I was suffering from lower back pain and didn’t know how to fix it. Alex was very clear and professional about how we would solve my issue, each appointment was productive and Well planned and eventually my back was pain free. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone if they wanted a permanent fix to their issues.

I needed help after a shoulder injury that had left me unable to move my arm without pain. From the start Alex was excellent, after an initial review he was able to explain what was going on and how we could go about improving. He gave me a series of exercises to get the mobility back and avoid the pain and after each session things improved. Still a little way to go to get back to full fitness but with my plan and Alex's explanation of the mechanics of the injury I'm confident I'll get there.

Tom and the team at Limitless Physiotherapy and Performance are extremely professional, friendly and highly skilled physios. I have had nothing but a fantastic experience with every member of staff and they have really helped me work through and fix the pain I was having. Thank you guys! I highly recommend Limitless!

I contacted Tom and limitless after I had a fall and broke my shoulder. My main concern was being able to drive again. Tom was brilliant and spent time showing me exercises that could help my recovery. We had regular appointments to check my progress and things improved very quickly.

After several months of suffering the pain of Sciatica, which was making walking difficult and cycling a near impossibility, I saw Tom at Limitlessphysio. After a couple of sessions and working in between times on the exercises Tom recommended I saw an enormous improvement. After continuing with the exercises over the next few weeks, the problem had been completely resolved. Thanks Tom.

Tom is very knowledgeable.

He takes the time to fully explain what the issue is and provided me with a progressive rehabilitation plan to enable me to get back to fitness.

I started going to Tom at Limitless Physio a couple of months before I had a planned hip replacement. I so wish I’d found him sooner.

He helped me prepare for the op and to get as much strength as I could which massively helped my post op recovery.

I was so lucky that post op my legs were the same length (I hadn’t realised that one leg could be shorter mainly due to lack of mobility for a length of time pre op).

With Tom’s expertise (and my chiropractor) I was able to keep my legs equal and also lessen the pain I was in.

I’ve seen many physios in the few years leading up to my op and Tom was without a doubt the best.

I’ve also been very surprised and impressed that Tom has also kept in touch post op. He’s been a very welcome lifeline during my recovery.

I would highly recommend Limitless Physiotherapy and Performance (and have done to family and friends). It is different to any physio I have had previously, in a very positive way. There is huge attention given to how your injury affects your life holistically and how it can be helped. You can see that treatment options are given thought and consideration before offered which makes you feel very confident. Tom is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, with great resources at his premises. Exercises and advice are emailed promptly to you.

I had been to many physiotherapists since my last one retired and could not find anyone to really treat the problems. I found Limitless online and went to see Tom. From initial assessment to end of treatment it was excellent. I have now been for two separate conditions and cannot recommend Limitless Physiotherapy highly enough
