24hr cancelation of no use if flights are delayed!
Recently arranged a 'business van' pickup at Oslo Airport to our Hotel. We had a flight from Minnesota with change of planes in Amsterdam. The scheduled departure time was less than 24 hours before the Limos4 pickup.
Our flight was delayed leaving Minnesota by about 4 hours so the airline re-scheduled our connection to Oslo.
As we were waiting in the Airport in Minnesota, knowing that we would miss our connection, I called Limos4 to advise them of the delay.
They never mentioned that there was a 100% cancelation fee, but I found it later while attempting to resolve the charge
As it turned out a Mercedes van 'Cab' at the airport is 45% less expensive than this service

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we apologize for any inconvenience you faced recently. We understand the frustration that can arise from unforeseen flight delays, and we're sorry to hear that the process wasn't as smooth as all of us would have liked.
While we acknowledge the unique circumstances surrounding your flight delay, by booking our service, you have accepted our Terms of Service that have been clearly presented to you. Still, we gave our best to assist you. As you weren't sure if the connecting flight - which we do not monitor according to our Terms of Service - would be delayed, and didn't hear from you in the meantime, we were obliged to act as per the reservation and commence the service, in case the flight was not delayed.
Please note that we are a premium chauffeured service - which is booked in advance and the client knows what to expect, not a taxi company.
Again, we are very sorry about the circumstances, for which neither of us is to blame. Despite everything, as we are known for caring deeply about our customers, we'd appreciate it if we would be able to serve you again and enable you to experience the Limos4 service, by going above and beyond for you.

Excellent Customer Service. This was our first time using Limos4 and we couldn't be more pleased.
I am a Travel consultant in Florida with luxury level clientele. Our guests expect on-time pick-up service with clean new cars and experienced drivers. I reserved a full-size van and separate car for a family of 9 traveling in Basel, the driver was on-time, the cars were new and clean. My client was very impressed and said everything went like clockwork.
I must also commend their sales and inside service agents for their quick response time. Every email was answered professionally and with the outmost courteous service. Well-deserved 5-Stars!

Nightmare in Mallorca, good in Corfu..
2nd update (Sept 2022): upgrading to 3 stars. Airport transfer in Corfu was great, wonderful driver Spyros in big, comfy, spacious car, with water and snacks. Met with board, friendly and professional. Keeping it down at 3 stars due to the experience in Mallorca, but many thanks for the great Corfu transfer.
Update: upgrading to 2 stars as they have been very responsive and have upheld their offer of a free transfer for the next trip as an apology, and if that goes well then I will add a further update in a month.
Original Review (July 2022): 4 couples relying on their services, with a CONFIRMED and paid for booking almost 3 weeks advance. 6 children under the age of 4 waiting with babysitters about to leave, and just hours before the pickup time to get home to them they sent an email claiming a "technical malfunction" and cancelling, leaving us in the middle of nowhere with no way of getting back to our children. The confirmation email 2.5 wks before said they would give us the chaufeur name and contact number at least a day in advance.. this was never given, we phoned on the day and they said they would look into it.. I can only believe that they took our booking and money (which to be fair they will refund) without ever actually having a driver available for us, and only let us know when it was too late. That is pure speculation, but would make sense. Either way, hugely disappointing and can't be relied upon.

Poor service in person
Driver was not very vissible at the airport. The calling card did not say what i requested. The driver spoke little to no english, nor was i able to put Music on. The only good thing was that we got the car we requested and the online service.
