I called less than 24 hours before I needed the limo after another company cancelled on me just before my 30th birthday and David absolutely saved the day.

He was so helpful and kind, and within half an hour I had a new limo booked and confirmed. The next morning I received all the driver’s details, and they even called to make sure I had everything, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The limo arrived 10 minutes early and honestly made the whole experience seamless. It ended up being one of the best birthdays I’ve ever had.

Was great service from start to finish! Very professional. I hired the 8 seater pink hummer for my 50th party. The chauffeur arrived on time and was very friendly. The journey was great with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and a bottle of Pepsi! The music worked well! Can’t fault anything would definitely recommend!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Limotek.

Firstly, I was asked to leave a review on the day of booking, which immediately struck me as odd. How can anyone give meaningful feedback before even using the service?

Unfortunately, things only went downhill from there. The promises made at the time of booking – air conditioning, soft drinks, Bluetooth for music – were not delivered. None of it was available. My 9-year-old son had to sit through the news on the way to his own birthday party because we couldn’t even play music.

When I raised these issues, rather than taking accountability, Limotek deflected and blamed me. I was told I should have called them during the journey so they could have done something. As if I had the time or capacity to troubleshoot their failings while managing 10 excited boys.

To top it off, we paid £850 expecting a luxury experience, but what we got was far from that – a confused driver and a vehicle that didn’t match the promised amenities.

Overall, a really disappointing experience. Would not recommend and will definitely be looking elsewhere in the future.

Our group made a last minute booking with Limotek who went above and beyond to ensure a limo was available for us. Customer service was fabulous; Rachel has great communication and nothing was too much trouble. On the night, the driver/car arrived early to allow extra photo time, and the driver was friendly and understanding, and happy to accommodate requests to ensure that an enjoyable evening was had by all

Great service from Rachel - from start to finish. Great communication and choice of cars. We went for a Rolls Royce Ghost and it turned up ahead of time. Driver was very polite and the car was immaculate. When they arrived at the venue for their prom he was quick to get out of the car to open the doors for them - we noticed he was the only chauffeur dropping people at the prom to to this. 5 star service from Limotek - would highly recommend and Rachel goes out of her way to make sure everything goes smoothly

Hired a party bus for my nieces 21st birthday. We all had an amazing time, music and karaoke equipment was first class but most importantly we had a friendly and courteous driver who arrived early and went out of his way to make our journey fun.

Planning a wedding a very stressful and costly and Rachel understood that that. As my journey distance from pick up and drop is only about 20mins, Rachel suggested we use the same vehicle to drop the Grooms men and back for me and my bridesmaids. We discussed th3 various vehicles and went for the one that was most appropriate for me(Lincoln) . I can't thank her enough! Limotek you have a gem there so look after her please. And Rachel keep that human attribute with you. Thank you!! Sorry it took me long to write this, I got side trucked with the planning.

Great experience! Everything went as we had imagined - very good and polite customer service, nice and clean vehicle, driver was perfectly on time at the address and drove us through the coolest spots in London. We will definitely recommend.
