Plants came in the expected time they’ve gone in the tank and they’ve greened up within the first day would recommend cheaper than in a fish shop

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The quality of plants I received was appalling. A barely acceptable marigold, a water hyacinth that initially I thought was just a lump of mud but eventually uncovered a very small bulb and weedy shoot and 2 selections of oxygenating weed which were an absolute joke. Half the order was missing. Received a week after ordering despite supposedly sent on 48 hour delivery. Not what I would expect from a company that has received a Chelsea gold medal. I’ve asked for a full refund - we’ll see if their customer service is any better than their plants. I don’t hold out a great deal of hope given the comments of others. Based on my experience stay well clear.

I am so impressed how good quality is my tank plant🤍🤍🤍definitely recommend this company for all the plants they have. Very good packaging, safe stored for the transport. The plant is alive and looks super good.

Just ordered plants for the second time from Linc Plants. This time there was some confusion over delivery times, but this was very quickly resolved by their staff and the plants arrived in tip top shape. Well done them also for winning a gold at Chelsea.

A disappointing experience particularly with after sales. I purchased 3 products through Amazon. The delivery date came and went, when I tracked the package it had not yet been received by Royal Mail despite being advised it had been despatched. Had to chase to find out it would be sent out soon...Finally arrived but only one of the three items ordered had been delivered. Long winded process to get short delivery claim accepted, and had to wait another few days for my order to be completed. One of the items was a four pack of potted marginal plants, and one of the pots contained two very small stems of the plant-very expensive for such a small plant. I followed the instructions re placing the pots in my pond. After a week the very small plant had died, the stems were rotting at the soil level. I raised this problem with the company and over the course of two weeks had daily communications through the Amazon website to try and resolve the issue. This company's customer services were determined not to offer either a refund for the one plant or a replacement, and just kept fobbing me off. I would not recommend purchasing from them as they profess to offer high quality products and exceptional service, both of which have been distinctly lacking in my experience.

Service was a bit slow, prices are ok, but the plants come covered in snails now we have a big snail problem

My plant arrived very quickly and was in excellent condition. It is thriving in my little container pond.

Ordered 6 pond plants through Amazon. Super happy with their condition though they’re a little smaller than I expected. We only have a 50 litre pond for frogs but we will need quite a lot more.

Order took a long time to come, I had ordered on a bank holiday weekend so fair enough, couple of weeks later the plants arrived and boy was I disappointed. The plants looked like they'd been thrown into the pots and they were half dead. One was bulging out over the pot by the same depth again. These plants certainly wouldn't have made it on to their gold medal display at Chelsea but it seemed alright to charge me £73 for them. I had emailed to check the plants would arrive in a condition where I could just put them straight into the pond and was told yes. Emailed to say how disappointed I was, the response was sorry but the plants will probably be ok. No offer of replacements or refund. Emailed again to say I wanted to return them but couldn't see on their webpage the details regarding returns. Got the info to return but the box they arrived in was not fit for re-using. All ended up in the bin apart from the waterlily which I am having to nurse on in a bucket. Absolute rubbish, don't waste your hard earned cash.

Do not waste your money. Do not trust you will get your order, if you do the pond plants or oxygenating weed will be absolute rubbish and most likely dead. I have been caught twice by Lincs pond plants (beware also trading as Plants for Ponds). Plants dead on arrival or never came. There is no customer service, they just ignore complaints, take your money and don't forefill orders. Can't believe they are still trading.

Once the plants arrived they were fantastic, we did have an issue with the automatic dispatch which gave the wrong impression that they were on the way. However when we spoke to them they explained that it was an IT issue that would be resolved. The delay regarding the delivery was very sensible given the high temperatures over the bank holiday weekend.

Two plants arrived promptly and in good condition, as ordered. Look as if they have established in our pond margin very quickly. Many thanks.

fast delivery plants look amazingly healthy! the java fern is a real good size. i would have personally preferred the horn wart slightly larger but is no issue at all looks grate fantastic green so yeah 10/10 from me. thanks guys.

Getting notification of order despatch is triggered when an address label is generated, not at time the plant leaves the nursery. This causes confusion. Packaging excellent. The quality and size of the Water Hawthorn received, although ‘alive’ was quite poor; particularly from a nursery of their reputation; I did expect far better(Order #32391)

Incredibly disappointing.

I placed 2 orders months ago, one over a hundred and another that wasn’t too shabby either.

Unlike what was delivered.

Like many others on here, I ordered as it says it’s a litre or 3 litre plant, established etc.

After chasing for over a month and being fobbed off that they’re busy any working as fast as they can, I received a very small box. So small, that I actually went to the post office to see if they had delivered everything.

What I received was a small box of shrivelled, mouldy and sweaty roots tied in plastic bags.

And not all of the orders either.

Pond plants arrived a couple of days later and I thought being put straight into the pond might rescue them, but no, I might as well have burnt my money.

I emailed and sent photos of one of the lupin roots that was green and furry and asked for a replacement.

None was forthcoming and after a few days my email was just basically answered as if I were an idiot and know nothing about gardening.

I’ve been waiting for the rest of my order to arrive, and to be totally honest had forgotten about it as it’s been months and months since I placed and paid for it.

This afternoon I received an email to advise that they are refunding things I’m still waiting for to the tune of just over £16.

I’ve emailed and asked what the hell is going on why that refund and where is the rest of the orders, only to receive a we’re so busy training people blah blah and fobbing you off automatic reply.

I really thought that by spending my money in the local economy rather than big garden centre chains, I’d be doing my bit to support small businesses.

Rule 101 keep customers informed, be honest and communicate.

None of these have been adhered to. Save your money and go elsewhere. I’m off to buy plants that actually honestly meet their description and aren’t dead or decaying.
