After purchasing my 2018 explorer xcx…
After purchasing my 2018 explorer xcx from their Ipswich location, but before delivering it, they noticed a nick in the rear tire, and replaced it with a brand new one, no extra charge. I didnt even notice any damage, so they did it without being prompted... I'd say that's pretty honest of them. And Leon was in constant contact with me over the week before delivery, making sure everything went smoothly.
