This was an excellent experience from start to finish. The sales person Mark is very polite, helpful and professional. This was probably the best and easiest car purchase I have dealt with. Thankyou keep up the great work.

When Lings sort out the problem with the road departure mitigation system which is currently unsafe on most of the roads on which I drive, I will increase the number of stars.

We had an excellent experience at Lings. Mark Mills helped us buy a car and process all the appropriate paperwork for the change of ownership of our trade in car and the new Honda, including organising the car tax. He was extremely polite, helpful and very friendly. He made us a cup of tea on both our visits to the showroom and when we collected the car he took the time to show us exactly how to set up the Bluetooth from my phone to the car, programme the radio and explained all the other Honda gadgetry that we had not come across before. He is most definitely an excellent asset to Lings and deserves to be rewarded for his product knowledge, customer focus and his friendly demeanour, not to mention his patience in dealing with some of us who struggle to get to grips with current technology. Thank you Mark.

Mark Mills at Lings at Lowestoft was, quite simply, the best car salesman I have ever encountered, even amongst the generally very good staff at this Honda garage. He was polite, attentive and helpful to my wife and myself during the whole process of purchasing our new Honda Jazz, and his explanations of the many electronic systems in the car were patient and knowledgeable.

We bought our last car at Lings of Lowestoft 9 years ago, and Lings will certainly be our first choice for any future vehicle purchase.
