Avoid this company.

I purchased LinkArtemis' $99 lifetime plan, expecting a quality service and peace of mind because they advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Unfortunately, the service wasn't what I expected, so I contacted their support well within the 30-day refund window and requested a refund.

Despite following their refund policy, my refund still hasn't been processed. I've reached out multiple times, yet I'm still waiting with no satisfactory resolution.

A money-back guarantee means nothing if a company doesn't honor it in a reasonable timeframe. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience and has completely destroyed my trust in LinkArtemis.

If you're considering buying a lifetime plan, I'd strongly recommend thinking twice. The product wasn't worth it for me, but what's even more disappointing is the lack of follow-through on their own refund policy.

these guys are scammers, still waiting for a refund and over 40 days and they cant even tell where they sent it. They owe me over $600

I bought the lifetime access for $99 and the agency upgrade for $299. The ad and the site make it seem amazing. After setting up my instance with all the necessary context, ICP, competitors, and so on, I went to work. Picking relevant keywords that had high search volume but relatively low competition. Woefully unimpressed. Then I tried the content engine. It kept getting stuck, and when it finished creating the "relevant" content (images, blog posts), they were pretty lackluster filler, and only tangentially sort of related to the context I had supplied.
So I asked for a refund. It has now been almost 3 weeks of runaround and supposed escalation - still no refund.

It is now July 20, and I still have not heard back from the billing department, which is handled by the parent company, Gulf Coast Brands. Sent them and LinkArtemis another message. They claim to be a legitimate company, but based on my experience, their actions have not reflected that. I have left a customer review on and submitted a compliant with the bbb.org.

If there were 0 stars for this company I would have given it. This is a fake company taking peoples money for a service which doesn’t amount to anything, don’t work, not compatible with any website to carry out auto pilot SEO. Stay away from this company with their fake promises. Waiting for a refund which is still pending after 30 days. If you want to give your money away and never see it be my guest. Nothing works what they promise. Waste of time.

Pure scam don't trust any of their AI generated Facebook ads.
Click bait, they will keep asking and charging you more once reeling you into their "99" lifetime payment.
Lack of features. Not useful at all.
Horrible customer service and dreadful refund process.

None of the features worked as described. The only backlinks I received were to my own website. The articles were of poor quality, recommended my competition and not me, and were not editable. They initially claimed there was a system error they would fix, but there were no changes. I asked for my refund within two weeks but have not received it despite multiple emails.

I bought, used, and found it to be a total scam. The LinkArtemis tool could never set up an Outbound email for my account, the entire tool was useless without this basic integration. I emailed their support and they could not fix this basic issue. Their support kept telling me that they have raised the issue with the founder Sam Frost and he will get in touch with me, and he never did in over a month and countless email exchanges with the support. Then I checked and found that there is no such person as Sam Frost over Google and LinkedIn and his pic over LinkArtemis website and Facebook Ads is probably AI generated. I asked for the refund within 30 days of purchase as advertised, their support kept assuring me that they will refund, which they never did, so eventually I filed this dispute with my credit card. Overall, it's a Singapore based online scam, with the old saying - If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

Went to purchase this product. After the initial payment screen for the single $99 license, a new page pops up saying a one-time payment for multiple sites. I purchased this thinking they would only take the second larger payment, but they still took both. Maybe I overlooked it, but it wasn't blatantly obvious. I thought I was offered a new deal.

Within 24 hours, I requested a refund. After 2 weeks of excuses, they told me it was issued, and it is up to my bank how long it takes before I get it. It has now been 3 weeks, and there has been no refund, and my bank has confirmed that one has not been issued.

I have a claim with my bank now, as this is a blatant scam company. I have also found better products that are much cheaper!

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with this product.

For context, I'm a web designer and SEO specialist, and I have already tried several SEO tools in the past.

First, I bought the Solo lifetime license, and in the same purchase process, I upgraded to Agency.

When I went into my account, the Agency license wasn't even activated (as if I hadn't purchased it). Then I tested the Site Audit (it didn't work at all, showing an error without a description), and the Keyword Finder, which gave me completely unrelated keywords.

They state in their Terms of Service that they process refunds within 5-10 business days, if requested within 30 days; I made my request the same day I purchased the products, and even if the support agents keep replying that it's being handled by the billing team, it's already been 15 working days, and the refund hasn't been processed yet.

Honestly, I can build a better product with AI in a couple of weeks - this product is just not worth it.

There are much better products in the market, so I wouldn't recommend it at all (especially because they're not complying with their own terms of service).

I've started a claim with my bank to try to get the money back, because I believe they're just playing with my refund.
