LINK INTERACTIVE SECURITY FOR MY HOME SO VERY HAPPY I GOT JARED CHADBURN when i called this company. At first I was not sure he seemed quiet and too soft spoken But then I realized I was already sounding irritated as soon as he said hello because I have been talkimg to so many other home alarm system companies I have been researching about 12 different Home security companies in the last 4 days spent countless hours online and talking to several people from several of these companies trying to figure out a great secure system reliable yet affordable. I hve been told several contradicting stories and ran into some who would rather cut down their competition instead of giving me the Positive selling points of their company which is actually to me what really shows me what a good company is all about.........Jared heard this is my voice and he let me vent his soft spoken calm voice really eased my attitude. He was informative about the products knew his stuff told me the Pros of his company and what they had to offer and NEVER ONCE did he say a negitive remark against his competitors. To me even though he was not the cheapest in price that spoke volumns of the kind of person the knd of company I want t do business with. HE knows his product is SO GREAT he did not have to bring others down. I have not tried the product yet but thanks to JARED CHADBURN OF LINK INTERACTIVE SECURITY I just signed the contract and cant wait get set up and secure my family's safety. Thank you Jared for all your time in making me believe that there are still kind caring and considerate people out there.

After meeting with two security company representatives in person, talking with several more on the phone, and doing much search online, I was fortunate to make contact with Link Interactive. In my opinion, Link had the best equipment (QOLSYS), competitive monitoring prices, and a knowledgeable and professional salesperson who was transparent and helpful (without being push) throughout the process and who instilled confidence in me that I was dealing with forthright security company in Link Interactive.

I requested more information and I'm glad I did! The representative I spoke with (Jared) was very polite, professional, and informative. I greatly appreciate not being pressured into buying more equipment then what's needed with the option to add more if I choose at a later date. This showed me that Link Interactive is more concerned with my family's safety than my wallet! I would highly recommend this company!

This review is for the sales process, as I just placed my order and have yet to install the system. Jared was super as he helped me select the appropriate system for my home. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for a better rep for the company - he answered all my questions and made me feel secure in my choice of Link Interactive.

I worked with Joseph B in Sales and Customer Service. He was excellent and patient. He took the time to explain each nuance and gave great advice as we spec'd out two homes. He was expert in assuring I had exactly the right equipment and not the most expensive. He guided me on decisions and made me feel like I was the only customer. We worked together for over an hour and I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Link Interactive and Joseph B.

Very helpful. Willing to find other options when competitors wouldn't. Needed motion sensor for larger dogs. Needed additional flexibility with other options, as well. Worked with me to find solutions

Their prices are terrific and their technical support is fantastic. They make it possible to alarm your home without an ostentatious sales person pretending that alarming your home is magic.

I've had Link Interactive as my home monitoring alarm system for about a year and a half and I've been extremely pleased. They helped us to figure out what we needed, but did not pressure or oversell us. Installation was easy and we were able to call and ask questions as needed. We've never had any issues. I especially like having my smoke detectors integrated into the system and I plan to purchase a doorbell camera/alarm this summer. The alarm.com phone app is fabulous and simple to use. We found Link Interactive through Costco.com.

I had the most amazing Security Specialist named Andrea T. She answered all my questions, educated me on the areas I asked for, walked me through the whole process, was prompt with relying to my calls and emails, and also gave me the best deal with the best price I researched from multiple companies. If you want a great company for your safety, security, peace of mind, and price this is the company to go with. Also if you want an amazing Security Specialist speak with Andrea T! :-)

The support staff has been fantastic. They'll help you work through any complications of the self install with a smile on their face...which is rare to find in customer service these days. I highly recommend them.

I've been with Link Interactive now for 2 months and so far the experience has been great. The system was easy to install and works great. I had a couple of minor issues and Support was great in helping out. The time I had to wait was minimal and their answers were clear and helpful. Thankfully I have not had to use the system yet and hope I never have to, but it is nice to know its there just in case.

I worked with Jose Sandoval to decide about ny system. I switched from Lifeshield to Link Interactive because of him! He was not pushy like other companies, and he was willing to work with me to make the system affordable and exactly what I need. I just received the system and haven't worked to set it up yet, but I'm very excited!

Contacted Link Interactive tech support for information about programming their equipment. They offered to do it for me remotely, but I wanted to learn to do it myself. They were quick to supply the information I needed. Really appreciated their help.
