The receptionists there are quite rude…
The receptionists there are quite rude and ill informed from our experience. One even put the phone down when we asked 'why they had no idea what an 'all on 4' implant was.' Seems odd, that a practice promoting itself on exceptional expertise and service, have a 'front of house' that have no idea that a basic 'all on 4' implant procedure even existed. They should really have a basic idea. Its more odd, that a customer like myself knows more about implants from 10 mins on the internet than the receptionists. Was passed from pillar to pillar, as we were told the implantologist works at a number of different practices not just the Lodge and was not in this week. Needless to say, will not be using them, expect better when paying a premium.
