Had 2 days induction at wren kitchens, during them 2 days they kept sending through wrong rota information and then I couldn't finish my first day due to family member being taken seriously ill, they actually stopped breathing in hospital for a while. I phoned and explained I just need to miss 1 day and they sacked me. I wished there office was near me.
Edit - to links reply, don't you do anything right. I done the full 2 days induction, I asked for the day off the following Monday for said reason and then you sacked me or "off hired" so nothing to do with site health and safety as I had passed everything

Hi, My name is Amit. It's good to be work with Links, they take care of their employees and provide them regular shifts. I am very pleased to be work with Links, specially thanks to Josie.

Could be more considerate. Sometimes when shifts are cancelled, we’re not informed earlier. Have to return after travelling all the way to the work place. Requirements are not met most of the time.

Didn’t get payment for the work of a day. And the way they handled was very bad. I was told i would get the payment and later it was denied. Sometimes due to some difficulty we cancel our shifts and we will let them know before it starts. But they book for some shifts and when we go there for work, there will not be any shifts they don’t even attend phone calls after that. The travel expense that we made for that job will be of no use.
