It appeared that my old memory foam…
It appeared that my old memory foam mattress suffered from Alzheimer’s and had a dip deeper than the Mariana Trench.
I wanted a fully sprung mattress but with good quality, so I called in to Linthorpe beds on Portrack lane Stockton. I explained what I wanted and was allowed to try a few mattresses out…not to sleep on though. I was taken to a section of handmade mattresses from Devon….and I am so pleased. It has to be the best nights sleep I’ve had in years! The mattress came with a card explaining when turn and flip it, there was a card with the mattress makers name on.
There were no hard sales from the store, which made the whole experience pleasant.

The salesman was very friendly and helpful. He made the best suggestions given all the info and requests we told him. The bed was delivered fast and with no issues. It was easy to assemble and my son loves his new bed!

Gave a delivery time of which I was home, the item was actually delivered an hour earlier than the time stated on the email, I was not home to receive it

We sincerely apologise that the delivery did not go as expected and that the estimated delivery time was not accurate. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when you are expecting an order and the arrangements change.
Having reviewed your order, we can see that an earlier delivery was arranged at your request. Unfortunately, no one was available to accept the delivery on that occasion, so we then arranged a new delivery date for you, at our expense.
We also noticed that the telephone number provided on the order was incorrect, which unfortunately made it more difficult for us and our courier to contact you and keep you updated.

A Fantastic Company to deal with

Desperately needed new bed
Salesman (think it was Matthew) was helpful, gave us time to choose, not pushy and answered all our questions. Delivery men rang before delivery, were respectful and pleasant, took shoes off as just had carpets laid the day before. Assembled the bed, took the packaging away and also our old bed. Very happy with the service all round. Would definitely recommend.

From walking in, to delivery of our mattress the service was spot on!
The sales guy was brilliant!!! Knowledge of product was fantastic. Not pushy, really helpful. Discussion on payments plans were very clear. We opted for delivery. Again service fantastic. Lovely lady rang to confirm delivery, then drivers kept us updated throughout delivery day. The delivery men are very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend. And on top of that, great price!!!

GREAT SERVICE, Great Mattressess
We haven't had delivery yet so this review refers at this stage to the ordering/payment experience. We have had mattresses from Linthorpe before and they are excellent. The ordering experience this time was, as last time, a delight. Both Sue and Craig are exceptional in their friendly and efficient manner which instils great confidence---they are a real pleasure to talk with. Thank you both very much. We know the mattresses ( we ordered two on this occasion) are excellent quality so all we need now is delivery of correct models and sizes, on time and during the afternoon slot we booked. Unless I add a further review readers of this review can be assured that all went well. Thanks again to Sue and Craig----if everyone I talked with on the phone were as genuinely nice and helpful as you both, life would be far better. Kindest Regards, Pauline x
