Upon checking the support team assisted you and in most cases your log in details can be sent to your spam folder which in your case that was what happened. Account credentials are sent out seconds after account purchase. Please get to use if you need more follow up.
Poor support
Poor support, I talked with 5 of their agents and none of them solve my problem. Waste of time.
