We called on our way to Heathrow, 25 minutes from T4 and were told, as we expected to go to level 2, short stay.
We arrived on time, told them we were here but no one arrived until 45 minutes later.
That is too long when you have a plane to catch and builds unnecessary anxiety.
While abroad I saw the car was parked on a Seven Seas Road near Heathrow, not in a car park anywhere.
They replied by email quickly - which was good and they said it was a "holding" area, used when they are busy and it would be moved soon - it was the next day. But it isn't a secure area and not what was advertised.
We arrived back, called them as we collected our baggage and were told it would be 25 to 35 minutes.
No one turned up until 50 minutes later. Called a few times and was told, 5 more minutes each time then that he was there already, which he wasn't.
The guy on the phone was polite but its not acceptable after a 14 hour flight to be kept waiting like this.
The driver who brought the car back said he was basically ferrying other drivers around before he could come to us. Not acceptable.
The car itself had been parked behind a hotel, Sky Nights Hotel, West Drayton and came back dusty and undamaged but not sure if it really has security there.
Maybe its a case of getting what you pay for, but these long delays are not acceptable and I'm not going to use Lion again.

Spoke with the other operators at T5 and they say this happens every day with Lion Parking. It would have been quicker to use airport long stay parking and use shuttle bus. Not a meet and greet service. Next time will use others even if more expensive
AVIOD LIONPARKING AT ALL COSTS
DO NOT USE LIONPARKING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We came back from our holiday to a missing car.. they claimed we didn’t use them! We arrived back at 8pm we were still in the airport at nearly midnight. They told us to get a hotel and they would pay us back.. still the next day no car so that told us to hire a car and when they find ours someone would return it and again they would pay us back! They still have not payed us anything and they are avoiding us at all costs! We are now in the process of the ombudsman and a small claims court. From start to finish absolutely shocking! I think I would have respected them more if they told us they wouldn’t pay for anything. I wouldn’t even give them one star but unfortunately that wasn’t an option. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They talk the talk but do NOT deliver🤬

Hve used this company several times before without issues.
On this occasion collection was fine. However, my return flights were changed due to the middle east situation. I wrote to the company 3 times on their provided email to inform them of the new date and time. On arrival the car was not ready, I waited 2 hours for it to come and it had not been cleaned which I had paid for. I have since called 20+ times and written on two email addresses to request a refund of the cleaning and not had a reply.
The only advise from a call handler is to dispute the payment with our bank.

We telephoned 30mins in advance as instructed. They told us someone would be at Terminal 5 when we got there. They were not.
We telephoned when we got to the car park and we were told 5 minutes. After 10 minutes I called again but no-one picked up and not possible to leave a message.
I called again 5 minutes later. The call was picked up and I was told it would be another 5 minutes.
Still no one turned up. I called again and again and again and the phone was not answered.
In the end, after waiting for about 30 minutes I had to find an alternative parking option which due to last minute desperation (as I had a flight to catch) cost more than double.
They operate under Platinum Parking on consolidator websites and were chosen because they had over 150 5* reviews there - clearly all fake or for a different company.

Avoid at all costs . Their employee attempted to extort money from me on arriving at the airport . Despite me indicating what time I would be arriving to them , they insisted I am being fined for being late, but wouldn't accept any card payments or to send me an email indicating what additional charges I would need to pay . He insisted on cash only . I also left my car with a near full tank as had fueled on my way to the airport only to receive the car completely empty and car with a scratch at the front . The person who dropped it couldn't explain why the tank was completely empty ,could hardly speak any English . The contact number on phone got rude and angry when I asked about the empty tank . We barely made it to a fuel station. I can only shudder to think what they have been doing with the car . There has been no response to emails requesting more information while some listed email addresses don't even work. Avoid completely

They had been moving our car in and out the car park at heathrow and parking randomly somewhere in London.. also tailgating out of said carpark so not paying any parking tickets and now we have over £250 in fines to pay, they do not communicate and refuse to engage. Shocking. They had disconnected the dashcam which we thought was a bit dodgy. We have reported them to the Police. Also other customers information was in the back of the car!! I hope people see this!!

Arrived T5 meet & greet having not phone in advance as instructed, a member of staff was still happy to take the car from us. On return phoned after bag collection & was advised 35min wait. Car arrived within that time, driver was very pleasant, no issues with the car whatsoever, despite reading other reviews to the contrary while we were on holiday! Great value, thanks very much

Dont use this parking company as their service is very poor. Picked up my car with bird poo all over the car and a big dent at the rear. Driver dashed off immediately he handed they key without any checks and turned off his phone as he knew what he had done. Called and send an email and they are not taking responsibility of it. Ready to go to court. Very poor service and they do not have parking space at the airport and believe the cars are parked else where. Will not recommend for anyone.

Upon returning to Heathrow Terminal 5 they didn’t answer the phone for over one hour. I gave up and took a bus to their parking area on Sipson Road and collected the car myself.

Left wondering if we had been scammed
There was no one to meet us when we arrived in the car park to drop the car off despte having provided 30 minutes notice. Someone eventually arrived after about an hour and after a few stalling messages. Fortunately we had plenty of time for our flight. However that was a minir irritation compared with our experience when we came back from holiday. I made the first call when we landed at 7.55 am and left a message on an answering machine. From then on in we were unable to make contact or leave messages as the mailbox was full., although we did leave text messages. We had a long journey ahead of us with 2 young kids and absolutely no idea if the company was still operating or we still had a car. I got a call back from a different number around 10:30 when we were thinking about hiring a car to get us home! Par for the course this and the following calls were full of lies as to when we might get our car. We eventually got the car just before 12 noon. Avoid this company at all costs.

If I could rate this lower than one I will do at all cost they do not deserve not even a 1 This was the worst experience of my entire life!!! I was super frustrated and stressed They commutation is zero we waited for over half hour immediately after coming off a 9 hour they would drop your phone call and they will LIE to your face one minute they will say it’s coming in 15 mins next 20mins they constantly change the time. I willl stay away at alll cost they are frauds and a stupid rubbish company.

OMG!! Worst company ever. Very unhelpful unprofessional and useless. They lie alot too. You will wait for your car endlessly and their number never works . Process is impossible. Avoid at all cost.
Appalling
Appalling - unable to contact them on route to airport or on arrival. Mobile went straight to voicemail and landline didn’t connect. Booked through comparison site, confirmation misleadingly said booking was with Platinum Parking Ltd but contact details were for Lion. Had to book with an alternative provider on site at Heathrow at huge expense to avoid missing our flight. DO NOT book with this company- a complete scam.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. AVOID at all costs Lion Parking Heathrow, Premium Parking and any other names they operate under are the worst Meet & Greet service we have ever used. Drop OFF was questionable. They were 10mins late said it was traffic at 5.30am! No uniform or ID. On return they were over two hours late! They sent a what’s app asking me to confirm my arrival details on the day of departure which I did. Acknowledged my reply with a thank you. However, on our arrival in baggage reclaim at 10.30pm they were not responding to calls, and there was no one and no car at the drop off point where they told us to go and collect our car. After 40 mins someone answered our numerous calls to three different numbers said they’d call us straight back and let us know how far away the driver was but no further responses. After 2 hours we started to think the car had been stolen or involved in an accident and were about to call the police when the vehicle arrived. Driver had no id. Showed me a booking for the following day and said we were a day early. So I showed him my confirmation and what’s app message. He then said they’d checked my flight and it had been cancelled and moved till the next day. This is a rogue outfit. Do not trust them with your vehicle.

They returned my car with significant damage and have not responded to any emails or telephone calls requesting their insurance details.

Drop off was fine, however on collection I noticed a dent in the door. By the time id turned around to tell the staff member, he’d disappeared never to be seen again.
I complained via phone there and then, i was told to send a WhatsApp, so I did. They then told me to email, so I did. That was 5 emails ago with NO RESPONSE.
A couple of weeks after this I had to collect a family member from Heathrow. I drove to the barrier, pushed the ticket button but a message came up saying I was blocked from entering. An employee came out and said I had left the car park on the day I dropped it off and then returned the same day and tailgated in. My car was then left in the car park for the 10 nights I was away. Heathrow security tried to charge me £99 a night i.e. £990. I refused to pay it or move my car and said that they were allowing criminals to operate on their land and I was a legitimate customer.
Short and tall, they let me off and i entered the car park.
I have sent 6 emails of complaint and not had a single response. I am writing to the Airport owners, Watchdog and contacting my solicitor to take them to court.
