Dr Rather was excellent
Dr Rather was excellent. He has a great bedside manner and was very personable.
His knowledge and experience was obvious to all and he was able to impart this knowledge clearly to the patient without any condescension. He made himself available for questions and in my opinion could not have been bettered.

Admin error causing distress
While I was happy to complete my feedback for LIPS Healthcare last January, and was impressed by their care, I have been contacted recently by Debt Collectors pursuing payment for an error originating from LIPS Healthcare Admin department. This was very distressing for me, and unprofessional from their part. I will not be using LIPS Healthcare again.

Appointment with Prof Rather
I took my 76 year old mum to see Prof Rather and I am very impressed. He has performed a thorough assessment on mum and prescribed some new medication and increased other. Mum was diagnosed with Parkinson in November 2025 by a neurologist consultant in NHS. We were waiting for a review, has he said 4 months, it has been 7 months and we are still waiting. I have decided to take mum to see Prof because she is not better and declining every day. I definitely recommend Prof. Mum is slowly getting better.
