Visited today with my daughter.
Great experience, the fitter spent plenty time with both of us, didnt feel rushed or pressured. Staff member was very friendly and put us both at ease.

Visited in April with my daughter and had a lovely time in the shop — friendly staff, good selection, and we happily bought several bras.

The issue came later. We were given no washing or care instructions at any point during the visit. One bra has now buckled in the middle, even though it was washed inside a lingerie wash bag. When I contacted the shop, I was told it should have been hand washed and that they always tell customers this. They did not tell us.

A shame, because the in-store experience was genuinely good. A simple care card in the bag would solve this — and would have avoided the disappointing response when something went wrong.

Last week my friend and I went for a bra fitting at Lissie Lingerie and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The service was 10/10 - we were made to feel 100% comfortable and the fitter walked us through all our options without any pressure or rush.

The shop itself is beautifully decorated and there was a wide selection of bras and swimwear for us to choose from. We will definitely be back and we’ve already been recommending it to all our family and friends. Thanks again :)

As someone who has had breast cancer and multiple breast surgeries bra fitting can be daunting. I visited Lissie Lingerie and was made to feel at ease as soon as I stepped through the door. The knowledge and guidance I received was fantastic. Plus my new bras are amazing, well fitting and so comfortable. My only regret is not going sooner. Will not hesitate to come back for further fittings. Xx

I visited Lissie Lingerie today on the off chance I could get a fitting. From the moment I walked in all the staff were very friendly and attentive. I was fitted by a member of staff who was very knowledgeable and provided me with lots of choice and was patient. The customer service throughout my visit was second to none and I look forward to returning.

I went to get a bra fitting at Lizzie Lingerie and was greeted the minute my daughter and I walked through the door by Mel,
I was then welcomed into the fitting room by Elaine I was very happy with the bras that I tried, But I landed up buying 3 different colours I will be back for more thanks again

I recently had my second bra fitting at Lissie Lingerie, and once again, it was a great experience. They made me feel comfortable and really took the time to understand what I needed.

What I loved most is that they don’t use tape measurements—instead, they assess the fit by eye and feel, focusing on comfort and support rather than just numbers. I was shown styles I wouldn’t normally choose, but they fit beautifully and made a noticeable difference.

Overall, it was an easy, personalized, and really worthwhile experience. I’d definitely recommend Lissie Lingerie to anyone looking for better comfort and confidence.

Popped in without an appointment but the staff were very polite and happy to see me. I left with 2 purchase and will only shop here from now on. Definitely the place to get your bras.

Ordered a Freya bra from Lissie (older style and they just luckily had one left in my size). It was the first time I’d ordered from them. I waited a few days and I hadn’t had a delivery notification / the bra hadn’t arrived, so I sent a quick email as I was a little worried! Melissa (the owner) sent me a lovely email straight back apologising - they’d somehow missed posting the order. She posted it straight away (same day) and even posted me the matching knickers free-of-charge which was so kind of her.
Even with the delay, order arrived within a week and I had an unexpected matching set.
Really good customer service and I’ll be ordering from them again.

Finally got bras that fitted and comfortable, nothing to much trouble, and some lovely colours, the best!

Popped into shop today as I was passing. Claire the member of the team was very welcoming and so knowledgable, in fact I received fabulous customer service.
I came out with 2 very comfortable and beautiful lingerie sets. Will be making an appointment for a proper fitting and I can assure you will be a regular shopper fabulous range and good range of prices too.

My daughter and I had a joint Bra fitting appointment today. Travelling from Islay and Bellshill just to visit Lissie Lingerie after seeing it on Social media, from the online booking system to payment was flawless. .
We had the lovely Becky helping us find the correct Bra to our individual body and bust sizes. She was incredibly kind and made us both feel at ease in her company and her knowledge of what would suit us was first class. We both made purchases of a few different Bras for different occasions. We will definitely recommend and will be back.

Always struggled to find a bra that fits me well and is also still cute! Had some uncomfortable experiences trying to bra shop before so have been wary. Everyone I met at Lissie Lingerie was so lovely and helpful, amazing selection of bras and tons and tons of options. The shop it’s so lovely and felt very welcoming and friendly, couldn’t recommend more it’s amazing!!

Came to Lissie for a bra fitting just over a month ago and it has changed my attitude to wired bras completely!
I was wearing them too small and they were hurting so get fitted properly girls!

I booked an appointment as my shape has changed and I was in desperate need of bras. I had been putting off a bra fitting as I did not feel that I wanted to travel to Edinburgh on the of chance I would get a decent fitting. I could not have been happier, My consultant was so kind and knowledgable. The first bra tried on was amazing. The stock is outstanding and Iended up getting 3 bras. Very pretty ones I might ad. I am a larger bust and all of up big busted ladies will relate to the struggle of ugly bras, I will not go anywhere else now. I will be back before christmas,
