Good leads takes some nurturing but that’s how it always is in this business.

Has been really good so far, I like how simple it is with no hidden fees or long contracts, unlike with all the other platforms I've tried before... You can turn them off and control how many you wanna receive also which is cool

I've been with Listingly for almost a year now. They've been able to send me homeowners who are seriously interested in selling on a consistent basis. Just like any online lead source, the success with the leads comes down to speed, consistent follow up, and building real rapport, along with great service and providing value to the seller. I've been able to list and close deals from their leads totaling almost $150K in commissions. If you're committed to working hard, the results will definetely come!

I was interviewed and explicitly hired by the owner, Fabricio Gabriel Oliva. However, right before my start date, he completely blocked and ghosted me. When I reached out to ask for feedback or clarification, I received absolutely no response. While any company has the right to change its hiring decisions, doing so without communication and blocking a new hire is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of people's time.
