fantastic
The slate really adds a touch of class to my home bar, I stuck the slate to some Perspex and I put an LED light behind the panels - what a great effect - really pleased with the product and the service.

Great product
Lots of choice, plenty of help from Ryan in Customer Service, quick delivery even though it had to be shipped from Germany.

The product arrived quickly and was extremely well packed so there was no damage to the tiles. The tiles are being used as a backdrop to a log burner. I expect that over a period of time they may loose their adhesion but that's to be expected. Does not distract for the product being first rate.

Great products, easy to work with...
We have never used this type of stone and were a bit nervous it would be hard to work with. We were wrong.
The quality was great, the stone was really easy to cut and apply.
Overall our project came out great. We would definitely buy again.

Easily maintained hall, toilet
We purchased the slate veneer for our hall, toilet area. This matched our slate floor perfectly. We wanted to create an easily cleaned area our 3 springers can use when entering our house. Our tradesman had no issue installing this veneer.

Poor quality
Sadly, it was very flimsy and cheap looking, the photo a little misleading.
I also had to bear the £12 cost to return.

Hi Carlene I’m sorry you wasn’t happy with your purchase of one of our veneer sheets.
In regards to them being flimsy. They are light weight and flexible veneers that are designed to be adhered to a board as a decorative finish.
In regards to their look, we have a range of over 50 different veneer finishes and it can be difficult to capture the exact look of the material with images on a website. So we do offer samples of all of our materials so you can see them in person before ordering sheets. I’m sorry that you didn’t like the look of the specific material you selected.
Tiles look brilliant.

Kitchen Refurb Delight.
We used Silver Grey Matrix Slate sheet as a splashback in our kitchen refurbishment and the effect is amazing. It is the highlight of the show and blends in so beautifully between our newly painted units and new Quartz worktops. Easy to apply and looks stunning, thank you Lite-Stone.

Resposta da Lite Stone
Hi Mo, We are sorry you feel this way about our products. To respond to your points -
All of the images on our website are of our materials fitted in projects. We don't sell anything that is plastic, we do however sell materials with resin polymer backing so I think you confused the front and back of one of our products.
You can order samples of our materials on our web shop so you can see a small piece of the product before ordering the full size sheets.
In cases where the product is natural with variations we send sheet images for approval before shipping the materials to show our customers exactly what they will receive.
Our returns policy is 14 calendar days from when you receive delivery which gives our customers enough time to check the materials and raise any concerns if they are not happy.
I never received the sample
