Ordered from them. No communication until I prompted them, then was informed the product would only be available up to 2 months after the point of order. Asked for a refund.

Update to your reply - I received no communication, following my original order on 26/9 and prompted you on 14/10 from my work email - again with no reply until today, 26/10 - a month after my order... to be told it would be another month. Feel free to check your communications - the email your sent today showed me that you have attempted to chase this with the supplier but not with me, until today.
