I approached Lara at Little Gems to ask for a Lego Family Tree Frame as a gift for our daughter's 21st. We live in Australia whilst our daughter is in the UK. Being apart from her on such a special occasion is rather heartbreaking BUT the Lego Family Tree seemed a perfect gift from overseas. Lara was fantastic! I sent her photos of family members, names etc...and she produced the most perfect representation of her grandparents, parents, our daughter and our doggy. Any suggestions of alternative clothing, styles etc were catered for, as well as a little cupcake being added after I requested something 'birthday-'esque. More than anything, being on the opposite side of the world, I was so appreciative of Lara's regular communication, updates and efforts to produce our family in miniature, especially as I had approached her within the requested 20-day leadtime. The gift arrived in plenty of time for our daughter's birthday.....and she was over-the-moon, enamoured and constantly told everyone it was her No 1 present. Thank you.....customer service is everything and you provided it in spades.

The Advent calendar arrived today and I think Rachel is going to be blown away with it. I sneaked a peak at a couple, I know! But I can't believe the thought and effort that went into it.

In past years, I have bought one from another company, that does a similar product. Theirs is £150. Honestly, I think yours will be better and is more personalised, so thank you very much.

Although the package was quickly sent the shipping medium is not very suitable since I have not received my package despite having paid the highest rate

Product was fine and as expected.
What was not expected was having to pay an extra 16Euro in frees from Customs.
No where on the order did it mention I would have to pay extra taxes. (so now, ive paid UK and ROI taxes on a product, making it incredibly expensive.

What can I say, when I first tried ordering online I was struggling with the website ( I’m not technically minded 😂), so I sent a message to Little Gems and it was pretty much answered straight away, they were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, then my purchase turned up really quickly, I am really grateful for the brilliant customer service.

I purchased the male advent calendar for my stepson. The calendar arrived beautifully packaged and so far the recipient has loved each gift. If you’re stuck for advent ideas for a teenage boy / man I would highly recommend.
