My Experience as a Live In Carer
My personal experience with the Company has been great. I worked for Live In Care for a few years, and enjoyed some lovely regular long term clients. I left for near on four years to be with my family in different parts of the world, but came back recently and rejoined the same team at Taunton. They care for us Carers as well as their staff and of course their Clients. The only time I will leave their employ is because I have gotten too old to work….!!

I joined Live In Care four years ago and have always had full support and guidance from the staff while caring for clients. They are professional and can be relied upon to advise and assist with any requests, seven days a week. Live In Care are dedicated to both clients and carers and are in regular communication to ensure the well-being of everyone.

Live In Care is the most organised care company I have worked for; not only do they ensure their clients' needs are fully met but they also follow up on the carers' ongoing eligibility to undertake care work by way of annual care refresher courses and other admin related tasks.

I would recommend Live In Care to any prospective client or care worker.

Since i joined live in care, i have been supported while with a client always. I have been working through out which is the job security i needed. When ever i need help there is always someone to talk to which is helpful. Friendly team and managers, i would recommend this company to my family and friends.

I have been working as a live in carer almost 25 yes now in the UK but live in care is the best of all the companies I have ever worked with before of the support I have from the team I am in a challenging placement at the moment but every time I need to speak to someone from the office they are always available to listen and give me advice on what to do this is something I didn't get for many companies I worked with in the past. They support their carers in every situation they encounter at their placements I recommend them to anyone who wants to feel appreciated. Also the company is not only supportive to the carers only but to the clients and the clients families too I am saying this out of experience I have seen the effort they put in to help clients and families in difficult times. Live in Care have to be one of the best care companies the UK. If you are looking for an ethical reliable company who will treat you with the respect and care you deserve, look no further. You couldn’t wish for a better group of people to work with. They put the welfare and happiness of their clients and carers first and foremost. They work tirelessly to provide the very best service to clients and support for their carers. I had a very difficult placement recently due to a sudden decline in the clients mental health. The entire team pulled together to find me the extra help I needed with immediate effect and were on call 24/7 to support and advise me.

I worked as a live in carer for a few months. The client and the care plan are explained fully before entering the home of the client. The application process is thorough and precise so that only the best type of carer is employed. Once in the position,the back up support from the office and encouragement far exceeds any other carer agencies. The remuneration is excellent and I would highly recommend the agency to any carer looking to work for a supportive and well organized agency. All I can say is that Live in Care go that extra mile for sure.

We used Live In Care over the summer of 2022 for what turned out to be the final few weeks of my mother’s life. I was struck by the professionalism, efficiency and thoughtfulness of the managers who made the initial visit to see mum (and after mum died) but any arrangement of this nature depends on the carers chosen. And we couldn’t have asked for better carers than Diana and Pat. They were both so brilliant and played a huge part in making my mother’s final summer as happy as it could be. This will always give the family an enormous amount of comfort. Thank you!

Live in Care has offered me the opportunity to provide professional care for clients who appreciate living in their own home with a help from a carer. Most people do prefer living in their own home (rather than in a care home). Their own home is their sanctuary, a place of comfort and protection.

Due to health or other reasons not everyone can live on their own at home. Here is when Live in Care helps by matching such person with their professional carer. I have been working with a Live in Care as one of the carers, who provides care for clients.

I can only say very positive things about the company. Behind the scenes there is a lot of team work to make sure that both the client and carer are happy. I would like to thank Live In Care for the exemplary care provided to my wife's god-father during his last few weeks.

He had always expressed a wish to pass away at home, and thanks to them, his wish was granted. He never ceased to tell anyone who visited that both the carers were both ' Darlings' and that he did not know what he would have done with out them.

We want to say what an absolutely fantastic experience we found with your company with live in care for my mother while my wife and I were on holiday.

We could not believe our luck when we came across their advertisement offering this services for caring, either on a short term or long term basis they do the lot!!! From the initial telephone call to meeting Pete and the carer Elaine, they kept us informed of everything they could do.

People are very apprehensive when somebody new comes into your home it can make you feel uneasy. With Elaine I cannot speak more highly for her lovely lovely attitude and caring with my mother who is 92. She is honest, extremely reliable and excellent at her job.

Added to this my mother really liked the Elaine very much and has said she wouldn't want anybody else except Elaine.

If anybody is looking thinking should I book the company, don't even think twice. if you don't book you will regret not having Elaine's company to help you out. Its First Class.

If anybody wants to ring me personally to ask questions please do but certainly take Elaine's word for what she will be doing to help you.

We were so impressed we have already booked our own holiday for my wife and I and booked Elaine to have the caring with mum again.

Ten stars is not enough for their kindness, caring, cooking, cleaning; A very professional service which leaves you feeling very confident and that while you are away all will be attended to.

The service that has been offered to me is excellent value for money, the service and attention to detail during the visit yesterday made me feel as though Key Care Solutions cared as much about our business as we do. Would definitely recommend this service to everyone.

My Mum has just started her live in care package, Living Carers has proved to be a really great solution to living alone at home when you need that little extra help. Great service all round and a cheaper alternative to a care home.
