Avoid like the plague.Staff are very rude and constantly harrass you.I dont think they realise you actually have a life outside and dont care if you have other work commitments.Your expected to do a nightshift and for what they pay its not worth it.There are better companies out there lots of fake 5 star reviews

I’ve been working with Trusted for 7 years now and I love my job - endless callers and you get to know many of them when they call back in. They’re very reliable — I have always been paid which if you put some hours in the rates work out good – had no issues in my whole 7 years so massive thank you to their staff.

I recently had a 10-minute reading with one of the experienced readers at Trusted Psychics. The process was smooth and professional, and the reader was attentive and helpful in providing insights. Honestly I signed up hoping to make some money quick over Christmas and new year however I logged into my first shift 2 hours before I was due to start hoping to get everything done and out of the way called the number they give you did everything but wasn't able to start the shift without them authorising me and there obviously wasn't a human there so I couldn't start after 2 hours on the phone and internet I've now got a message from my phone company saying I've used up my call allowance for the month. I'm not on free calls I've capped it to a certain amount, thank god ! Got a lovely £10 phone bill usage charge for my effort and no work !

I joined this company wildly optimistic, but in my first few weeks had issues come up and tried to change my designated shift due to illness and my daughter starting to have seizures. I explained all this and they didn’t care. Their response was ‘sorry we no longer have a position available’. Rubbish. So they’re absolute liars too as my friend applied to see if that was true, and they sent her all the information to take her on! All they care about is paying pittance and making money from you. They don’t even test their psychics which is highly unethical. Steer clear. They leave you alone if you’re making money for them, but there’s nothing self employed about it because if you can’t, then you’re discarded like trash.

I had an unexpected situation which led to a hole in my earnings and work. I advised the first few weeks would be a translation as I had lots I had previously commited to. I worked very hard during my 6 hours regular shift (false self employment) I was contacted over and over again. A number of people knew where I stood I already worked for another business. After a wonderful family getaway with my daughter I get a message about logging on. To save my health and mind ... I left. The title if my review says it all. They paid on time 2 weekly and training was excellent but big brother is always watching and poking. Certainly alot of work so got 2 stars for that.

Signed up & was approved 3 days ago. Just started working for them today & there are already issues. #1 I kept getting hangups out of nowhere after taking my first call. I emailed them immediately! #2 2.5 hours in, I looked online & it said I was logged off. Who logged me off, I sure didn't #3 a staff logged me off during my designated shift to have a chat with me? Some of the things she was telling me were in the paperwork but there were also some things, she stated, that were not in the manual or paperwork. Then she decided at 9 something at night to do a call test. Lady you had 3 plus days to do a call test and you're going to wait when I'm logged on to do it. Unprofessional!The way she came off, I was no longer interested. I was disgusted actually. This isn't a company, I want to work for. I'm not responding to emails, calls or anything. For the first day of work, I feel like this is a sign for something bigger. Never again.

A company that pays barely above minimum wage for a very demanding job, that insists on shifts/minimum amount of set hours, to deal with some very distressed customers, is to be avoided. These are the organisations that give genuine spiritualists a bad name.

They are not good to work for. I got an email and even a call from a supervisor telling me that I had to stop working at that time and log back in at my designated shift. I tried working at my designated shift and then I figured I couldn’t work. I had to send emails asking why, only for me to figure out that my account had been closed. Why didn’t y’all say so the day before? Why make me wait and stay up all night trying to get logged in? They’re not honest, and they are cunning too. It’s a bad company to work for

Worked for the company a year until I got ill with cancer. Up to that point my supervisor was nice as I did lots of shifts. When my real life and illness got in the way. My account was blocked. I spoke to several supervisors who took details said would get back to me. No one did. I spoke to my designated supervisor. Who for the first time was very rude and stand offish. Saying i had been contacted by email. Which I explained I had never received an email. All she kept saying was well you have. So only work for this company if you dedicate your soul and never allow real life to get in the way. Very disappointed in this company. Would NEVER recommend to work for EVER

this company should be shut down they have such terrible rude staff running it that will block your account if you get busy with the real word. people have life offline and they just ignore you and try not to pay you the money you are owed. glad i took some of their customers before, other higher paid friendly services to work for not these cowboys

Well they care about is money as a chat operator on the psychics you only earn 0.20 pence per minute and must be keeping the client on landline at least 12 minutes otherwise supervisors will log you off. You will be talked like trash by clients and supervisors, You don’t have the option to just text you also have to do phone calls and deal with rude people and must do a nightshift. Although you are self-employed they make your program. Lets just say my mental state was not great after a couple of weeks with them,and for little money,don’t recommend

I was extremely happy to be working here. Pin number 7559. Unfortunately it only lasted a month, due to the fact that the supervisor on Friday told me that my minutes was not up to par. When the previous supervisor suggested that my time was was fine and that I didn't have to worry about my minutes because I was having longer calls. I believe this particular Friday the supervisor who is working, did not want me to work for the full night or for the weekend since she pulled me off the shift. I did not have any issues because the other supervisors told me I was doing great and I was up to par with my minutes, and they were also giving me extra shifts to work when they would call me I would be happily to do so. Now the supervisor on Friday told me somebody was going to get back to me and help me with for tips on call lengths, however to my surprise no one has contacted me as of yet and I went to log on the next day for calls my buttons were disabled. And they have been disabled and still no contact from anybody from the office. On the supervisor that told me that my calls are great and giving me extra shifts from time to time. I was told I was not going to be let go from taking calls, meaning I was not going to be fired for this. Because I was up to par on my minutes. I do want to let you know that the company do pay on time I have not missed a payment from them

Excellent company to work for. I have been here for a number of years now and I can only say that these guys are excellent. Rates of pay are very good always on time in my bank. Bonus rates on offer too at Christmas time when you need that extra money coming in.
The supervisors are very helpful with extra training on offer. Promotion to other roles on offer also when vacancies arise. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of taking a role here to jump on board now you won’t regret it.

Worst company to work for . They don't care about their staff. Treat you like dirt off their shoes. Only interested in you doing the shirts then give you a mouth full if you can't do it . Pay isn't worth it . The customers phone up then hang up . Always the same ones to that do it . Then the company blame you . They just care about making money not supporting people who work for them.

Pay always accurate and paid on time. Work hours flexible apart from the 6 hour dedicated shift once a week to cover unsociable hours, re midnight to 6am or 6am to midday. This can be awkward but it is only 6 hours a week.I would like to see unsocial hours paid at a higher rate, which would encourage more Readers to work the Twilight shifts.
Financially Livelines has been a lifeline for me over the years. Yes, you have to be a good Reader online. Fast, engaging, able to connect and build rapport. It is not for everyone. But if you're good Livelines does value you. I've left and come back several times, I left mainly because I wasn't able to be consistent, and that is one thing they are very hot on.
A good Company to work for if you know what you are doing....there is skill and professionalism required people. And No, Livelines do not tell you what to say, or to tell lies, they have strict ethical guidelines and will monitor calls for your protection. Of course they want longer calls from Readers, it is a business, and longer calls work to the Readrs benefit too when it comes to Revinue. Longer calls also help build up a good rapport with your Client base.
