A very impressive and professional service. Detailed report provided and came very quickly. Can highly recommend.

Answered all questions. Very quick turnaround same day for the report. Nick was amazing, really knows his stuff.

I was extremely impressed by the service provided. Ian was extremely professional and thorough in his work and sent through a clear and detailed report the same day that I could share with the house builders. I would highly recommend to anyone needing this service.

I found Ian following a google search initially on factors to consider when buying a new build property. I found the help lists and advice and guidance information invaluable.

I already had another snagging expert in mind, and when I went to look them up on Trust Pilot it kept coming up with Ian at the top 5/5 stars. Having read through much of the feedback from customers I can certainly say that I agree with the positive commentary.

I found Ian to be responsive, friendly, calm and informed. He was very thorough and no question that I had was too much for him to answer. He was respectful of my property, which is a massive thing for me as some contractors take liberties and definitions of respect mean very different things these days as I am readily finding.

Nonetheless, Ian walked through the report with me in person, and I had a digital copy of it within hours.

Getting the snagging done was well worth it, especially as the survey picked up aspects that I would not have even considered.

I am pleased with the outcome (as were the developers tbh, they found it very complimentary and clear).

Nick has done a good job. He spent about 3.5 hours doing the snagging and the report was sent to me on the same day. The report was clear and detailed with abundant photos.

Very comprehensive snagging list, would definitely recommend!

We had to wait some time for our survey for a 6 month snag review on our property from LPSL, which I'm sure is because they're busy.

It was definitely worth the wait! Ian was great on the phone when booking the appointment and Mark who conducted the survey done a very thorough and professional service!

I think the survey offers good value.

Thanks for your help guys!

Professional company. Carried out a snag on a new build property finding many things I would not have noticed myself. Received a great report the same day of the inspection. I have received excellent service from enquiry to after service follow up.

Great friendly service, quick issue of report and report to high standard.

Ian’s experience specifically with Story Homes is worth its weight in Gold! He knows exactly what he’s looking for when looking for snags, and in particular found areas where very little or no insulation at all had been installed.

Ian was friendly, arrived on time, was professional and extremely thorough throughout the entire snagging process.

Before Ian left, he explained every single snag to me on the report. I received a report by email, and a printed copy through the post.

Ian’s service is well worth the money, and is highly recommend using the company.

Prompt, friendly, thorough service

Excellent and Professional again. Second time using Lively Professional Services. Highly recommend.

A huge thank you to Ian and Mark for their effort, care, attention to detail and being so responsive with queries to our new build snagging. Ian was polite, patient and really quick to respond via email, he even checked in on us towards the date to see if we were still okay which was really nice, and met my dad while I was away. The report is really good and detailed and it came back within a couplw of hours from the inspection. They even picked out things I didn't even think of or see. I know Ian will continue to be there if we need them too in the future for any advice. Thank you both. If you're thinking of calling on Lively Professional Services then my advice is don't think, just get in touch and book them in. They won't let you down.

Lively Professional Services came highly recommended by friends who had used their services in the past. We were so happy with everything, from initial communications, to the survey, to the speed of receiving the report after the survey (same day). Ian is extremely experienced, and was friendly and professional with lots of helpful advice for us. He took his time and explained everything clearly (important for those like us with no building knowledge!). His comprehensive survey gave us peace of mind and identified important defects that will be flagged to the developers for rectification. Would highly recommend.

Ian was extremely swift in responding to my enquiries and sent through a detailed explanation and examples of what he would do on the day of snagging.
On the day itself he was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable and he was keen to ensure if I had further questions once the report was finished that I could message or call him to discuss. Brilliant service all round.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Provided a comprehensive report giving clear recommendations. Would recommended.

Very professional snagging of our new house. Was flexible with times, always answered emails promptly. Would recommend to anyone.

We were recommended to use Lively Professional Services by a neighbour for a new home snagging service. We were delighted with the service. Very professional service and thorough . Highly recommended.

I found Lively Professional Services easy to deal with including prompt replies to emails and accommodating a convenient time for the house visit. The survey was done efficiently and we then sat down to discuss each individual finding. There was also time to discuss how to communicate with the house developers and ensure the points get addressed. I would recommend this company.
