I haven't used WOWCHER for a considerable length of time. Recently, I started again and noticed that they are now linked with LIVINGSOCIAL. I have used them twice in the last 2 months and both times were shocking. The customer service is diabolical.

1st time I bought a spa voucher and gift pack that I paid additional money for to have it delivered NDD. Living social wasted my time for 3 days trying to get assistance from their customer service department. In the end the gift arrived way too late.

I then bought a Europe trip for £280 which was the price advertised on the site. Had so many issues redeeming, and in the end, when it came to confirming the holiday, the travel provider then wanted me to pay an additional £280.

I have cancelled and requested a full refund, which they have declined. Trust and believe every penny will be back in my account one way or another.

Livingsocial/wowcher are a scam. STAY clear.

If you do use them, pay with PAYPAL or Klarna as they will support your refund.

Delete living social from your in box. A scam. Wowcher can’t help you.

NEVER EVER AGAIN SHOULD BE SUED ,IT WASENT A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY BUT STILL SCAMED, BUYER BEWARE.

Absolutely will never have anything to do with this company totally disgusting.

Scam company doesn’t deliver anything and then gets debt agency chasing you 24/7 by email phone calls twice daily

Having left comment on here yesterday living social did reply ,but I’m not happy with outcome,they said I could get a credit which is of no use as I don’t need it to late so I’m still not getting refund ,and wouldn’t use the credit for anything

Today I received a text msg from my bank asking me to contact them regarding a recent transaction on my account. The long & short of it is, Wowcher/Living Social are trying to take £109.99 from me for voucher which I have not purchased. They have tried my bank account, credit card & PayPal account. I'm now trying to sort it all out. BLOODY THIEVES.

bought a table through them, as soon as I paid they informed me they do not deliver to my address. Have been requesting a refund by email and letters for the last 5 months and get totally ignored. Stay clear of this company

I bought tickets for a show and pressed redeem filled in my details email etc. No tickets. Emailed - no answer. Phoned - phone line not available. Wish I'd seen reviews before I paid

Total scam. No refund if your voucher goes out of date. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a plant pot from L Social, and as I paid, the name WOWCHER came up. !!!!!!!!!!

O M G....It took me months a few years ago,to stop their emails, messages with garbage adds for rubbish.
I had nightmares about the number of emails I was receiving.
SO.. they added the new address LIVING SOCIAL
and the story continues. The plant pot I ordered , when I saw WOWCHER, I panicked and cancelled the sale, but they had my money even though I cancelled within 2 minutes.
They kept emailing me with order info, adverts etc.
I rang PAYPAL and they sorted it and paid me my money back.
Ive emailed the scammers and their address is unobtainable. They sent me another email today, saying the plant pot sale was complete and I had received it. N OPE, I bought it from THE RANGE,an
honest company who you can trust.
They a scammers and will be reported to as many sites as I can find

DONT USE WOWCHER OR LIVING GARBAGE

Utter sh1ts, total con artists, don’t trust them, don’t get involved at all!
Sent one item instead of two, not as advertised, struggle to get decency out of them, eventually got the item, late and over priced.
Deleted my account when it arrived.
I will be checking out companies before having involvement on here in future.

Avoid at all costs. They take your money, make it impossible to book, then don't refund you. Most likely a scamming website.

Dreadful customer service
Bought spa vouchers and contacted them for a refund 2days later as we decided to stay overnight instead but the communication is terrible. Vouchers are "refunded" but money is no where to be found. Daylight robbery!

Bought a bed frame and mattress from LS. The frame arrived but still no mattress. I've got receipts but LS said order was lost. Had several emails from them saying they were going to 'resolve' it, but nothing more than that. LS seem to have locked me out of my acct - though I do have copies of receipts etc. This company appears to be genuine, but sadly their customer service ability is far from adequate. LS initially 'engaged' but didn't do anything, now they blank me cos I've mentioned Trading Standards and legal action. As my hubby and I are OAP's and disabled, I think their performance and attitude has been shameful. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Shower of scammers.. I purchased or so I thought an office chair.. because l didn't redeem voucher they are keeping my money and no chair. They basically said tough shit

Probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, Their customer service is diabolical and do everything they can to prevent you from resolving any issue you have with them. Order goods - never received them but thank goodness paid by Klarna who were excellent and resolved the issue and got my money back :) I would never ever use this company again and if you are wise you wont either

If i could give this 0 rating i would. Worth noting that this company are a subsidiary of WOWCHER, which i did not know.
I paid for a mattress through this company on 7th Dec. Delivery was guaranteed by 31st dec but i never received any communication about the mattress/delivery. I've now been in conversation with their 'customer service team' for 15 days and they are still refusing to process a refund, even though the merchant is not responding to any of their emails or my emails. My only choice now is to try to claim from my credit card company. I cannot stress enough how awful they have been. I could not recommend anyone buy any product from this company.
